REPAIR OF WATER PROOFING TREATMENT TO RCC ROOF SLABS OF KV SCHOOL AT AFS PATHANKOT

Taking out and cleaning of existing roof treatment of any description completely and disposing the debris in low laying area away from premsis not exceeding 500m then washing the surface, rubbing with water and providing 20mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 finish fair and even without using extra cement to receive water proofing treatment and laying of water proofing treatment on roof with APP modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane, super thermolay with non woven polyester mat reinforcement of 160gsm, weight of membrane @3.5 to 4 Kg/Sqm over and below a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm . The membrane shall be laid using butane torch. The end lap should be 100mm and the side lap must be minimum 75mm. The membrane shall be first laid up to the parapet wall junction and then shall be overlaped with another memberane (flashing) with an overlap covering upto a distance of 300mm. In case parapet height is less than upto 500mm, membrane shall be terminated at the top of parapet. All rain water pipes opening shall be suitable sealed with APP membrane. including disconnection and refixing in same position of existing water storage tank and all GI pipe/ fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- Contractor shall be write "Name of contractor and Date of Laying of Membrene"with paint on the wall after laying of membrane in all respect.

Supply & Fixed rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 3 layer white colour water tank , non- toxic effect, algea formation protection (made from Virgin grade of polyethylene material which is duly stablized with anti-oxidentPlastic) of capacity 500 litres, (cylindrical vertical one piece moulded with closed top), the internal and external surfaces of tanks are smooth, clean and free from any hidden internal defects, hoisted and fixed in position including S & F necessary GI fittings, inlet/outlet washout, overflow pieces long nipples, checknuts & washer, 20 mm dia PTMT valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminum rod & high-density plastic ball and 20 mm brass stop cock etc complete including dismantling existing water tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 ( using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick avg for levelling incourse complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
