Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT panel board of suitable size to accomdate mentioned accessories, factory made outdoor cubical type double door shutter, pedestal mounted with hinged doors & locking arrangement made out of 3.15 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet supported and fixed on structural frame of angle iron of size 50 x50 x6mm, confirming to IS 8623, painting to all internal & external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (7 stage process), duly fixed in ground with PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1 (leg of LT panel be embedded not less than 15cm in PCC) with danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitrious enamelled (white) with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 415 Volts grade with necessary wiring with PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor of appropriate length size with and including fixing lugs bolts, screws etc complete all as specified and directed. For safety , panel shall be finger touch proof and it should have IP-66 Protection in module door open condition. Busbars shall be made of high conductivity, and high strength Aluminum E91 grade as per IS 5082-1981, of rectangular cross sections better suitable for full load current for phase bus bars and full rated current for neutral bus bar. The busbars shall be supported on non-breakable, non-hygroscopic epoxy resin or glass fiber reinforced polymer insulated supports.The material and the spacing of the Busbar supports should be same as per the type tested assembly (TTA). All bus bars shall be provided in a separate chamber and all connections shall be done by bolting. ARBORICULTURE (SCHEDULE 'A' PART- XV ) Supply and planting of Ashok Tree with Height 3 to 4 feet including Digging Holes 1.2 m Dia x 1.2 m deep in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio 2:1 (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction of 20% with 1 part of stacked volume of sludge/Cow dung / manure after reduction by 8% flooding with water and removal of Surplus soil) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of beds for hedging, grass and shrubbery by excavating 60cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 1:8 (8 parts of stacked volume orf earth after reduction by 20% : one parts of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, filling with earthnecessary, watering and finally dressing, levelling etc, including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and levelling, within a lead of 250m and upto 1.50 KM complete all as specified and directed.

DURANTA GOLDEN - 25-30cm Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 1:8 by volume (8Parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%) One parts of stacked volume of sludge or manureafter reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any with all leads and lift complete all as specified and directed.

Providing Manpower (one Mali/Gardener) to maintain the garden/trees /grass/ hedges after completion of the landscaping /plantation work at site watering, including replacing the shrubs tree, if any, with the existing plants, prunng dried branches once in every week, depositing the material at place as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) All the equipments supplied shall confirm to relevant Standerds/ IS with latest amentments. (b) Contractor should intimate the Department for factory inspection before dispatch. (c) Testing shall be done at site in the presence of Rep of Accepting officer all as directed. (d) Diesel required for testing shall be supplied by the contractor and unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included.
