Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm, depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm and segregation materials stacking for reuse and remove from the site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 7.5 cm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM with granite, trap or basalt etc, coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8-12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 2.00 here-in-before but except materials complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Serviceable Materials obtained from Srl item No. 1.00 here-in-before shall be reused)

M&L premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen @ 4% by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8-12 ton power road roller and rolled to a uniform smoth surface (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) including preparing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweepijng with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat on black top surfaces with paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5.00Kg/10Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L repair to pot holes exe 30mm depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with Wire Brushes for removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and finally Fanning the Cleaned Surface with Gunny Bags to remove all loose dirts, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing existing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweepijng with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat on black top surfaces with paving bitumen @ 5.00Kg/10Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40 mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premixed carpet with 0.54 cum per 10 Sqm of stone chipping & mixed with 29.20 kg per 10 sqm of binder (paving bitumen VG-10) laid and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premixed sand seal coat by applying paving bitumen grade (VG-10) @ 6.8 kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 6.3 mm size stone chipping @ 0.06 cum per 10 Sqm and rolled to a uniformed smooth surface by 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 30 mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premixed carpet with 0.405 cum per 10 Sqm of stone chipping & mixed with 21.90 kg per 10 sqm of binder using paving bitumen laid and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

S&F road stud aluminium alloy/ polycarbonate body with stem size 100mm X 100mm X 25 mm thick with two side retro reflected type fixed with self adhesive as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying retroreflected thermoplastic road marking paint upto 10cm wide in road edges with 2.75 mm or more thickness, applied using mechanically propelled vehicle consisting heated hopper mounted on a pram, which feeds hot molten thermoplastic under gravity to a retangular screed with a gate at the base whose opening is set to produce the thickness specified complete and as directed.
