Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving exc 15cm thickness(below or above ground level)., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate as in filling around shunken areas complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with WPC as in sunken portion and making adequate slope toward spout pipe complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: - Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on concrete or brick surface in CM (1:3) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions and finishes surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed. Note - WPC will be measured and paid separtely

M&L for applying two coats evenly a tack coat of hot air blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.50 Kg per sqm per coat (one coat over plaster and one coat on polythene film) including cleaning of surface over polythene film complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for polythene film black 200 micron thick laid in floor, vertical surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fix in repair only vitreous china squatting pan 'Orrisa pattern' size 580x440mm white with integral foot rests any pattern including provn of lime concrete bedding and making connection with PVC P Trap, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.16 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of all existing roof treatment from RCC roof including old hussion felt, tiles etc and preparation of surface with bire brush and cleaning with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of concrete roof surfaces and applying 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.3L/sqm on roof surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane over the bitumen coat surface weight not less than 3kg/sqm and over lap 100mm and sealed by torch application as per manufacture insteructions complte all as specified and directed.

M&L 22 mm thick machine pressed & polished‘ cement concrete tiles with grey cement without pigment of size 250 mm x 250 mm laid in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick bed screed in CM 1:4 mixed with chemical compound PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD 200 milli - litre mixed with 50 Kg of cement or STP No 1 (LIQUID) of STP LTD in proportion 200 milli litre per 50 Kg cement,as per manufactures instructions and tiles properly laid with 3 mm wide joints filled with FEVIMATE TG of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or TILE GLUE of STP LTD as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats aluminium paint over bituminous surface of membrane, complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for preparing the old steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint on old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surface all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on wall of brick work or concrete surface, finished fair and even all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces of wall and applying Two coat of cement based paint after one coat of white primer all as specified .

M&L for Dubbing out average 25mm thick 1:4 cement plaster on irregular face of walls (when specifically ordered in writing) all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the old surfaces by complete removel of existing treatment and applying one coats of cement bsed paint on walls complete all as specified .

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment or preparation of old plastered wall surfaces, chajja, facia etc and applying two coat weather proof exterior emulsion paint(1st quality)/plastic emulsion paint on walls, chajjas,facia by mechanical applicator of any height of bldigs etc, including primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.
