Out sourcing services for operation and maintenance of River side raw water pump house at RMS & filtration plant regularly for 24 hours, three shifts per day (8 hours per shift) i.e. first shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, second shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs & third shift from 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs of next day including sunday and holiday with one skilled pump operator(FGM) and two helpers at a time to operate the installation consisting of the follwoing:- (a) Operation of 50/40 HP cetrifugal pumps alternatively incl of gland packing / gland /coupling / impeller / bearings / shaft /starter/ contact point / connecting cables and maintenance of other consumable items all as specified and directed. (b) Maintenance of intake source including cleaning of intake line etc repair/replacement of PVC hose pipe. foot valve/non return valve. (c) Operation of DG set 100 KVA- 01 Set incase electricithy failure to continue the operatio of pumpset, collection of POL from store maint of DG set incl replacement of spares and proper maintennce of plants and plant running record book. Pump house bldg DG set room and surrounding area in presentable manner. (d) Repair/Maint of unserviceable switch fuse unit or MCCB of any size and make.

Out sourcing services for operation and maintenance of rising pipe line from 100mm to 150mm dia and distribution line 100mm to 25mm dia, operating of any type of valves at different locations from pump house to 121 TA Bn (Old 50 Coy ASC Coy area, 4 Engr Regt area, KV school, 401 Postal Unit and 3 CISU) per valveman (Semi skilled) per shift, total two shift in a day (8 hrs per shift) i.e. from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, second shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs including sunday and holiday and including necessary excavation of earth work for detecting leakage and restoration of water supply as per direction of Engr in Charge with following:- (a) Repair/replacement of sluice valve of size 80 mm to 300 mm dia (b) Repair/replacement of gate valve of size 50 mm to 150 mm dia (c) Repair/replacement of gland packing of any size. (d) Repair/replacement of gland plate staffing box, spindle, chuck nut, valve weight, wheel handle & rubber gasket complete. Note: Required items should be provided separately free of cost by the department.

Outsourcing services for opertation & maintenance of Swiming Pool of 6 Lakh Ltr capacity at RMS for two shifts (8 hours per shift i.e first shift from 0500 Hrs to 1300 Hrs and second shift from 1300 Hrs to 2100 Hrs) all day including Sunday and Holiday with two skilled pump operator(FGM) and two helper at a time to operate the installation consisting of the following :- (a) Operation of Vertical pressure filter of capacity 100 Cum/Hrs. (b) Operation of Pumping set of capacity 10/20 HP. (c) Operation of Suction sweeper alongwith Pumping set of capacity 2/3 HP. (d) Operation of Chemical dosing pump. (e) Operation of water intake sump. (f) Maint/ cleaning of all machineries including cleaning of Swiming pool premises properly. (g) Repair/ maintenance of Pumping set ,filtration plant , starters, contact point, connecting cables and various valves by replacing gland/ gland packing. (h) Maintaining log sheets of pump and record of chemical consumtion on daily basis.
