Excavation in all types of soil of all depth, including murrum, for foundations of wall, columns, plinth beams, basement, raft, ducts, trenches, underground sumps, septic tanks, soak well, manhole chambers, gully chambers, including shoring, strutting, bailing out water/pumping off water if required, including the cost of re-filling the trenches, foundation pits, ramming, watering consolidating in 150mm to 200mm layers, removing and stacking simultaneously the excavated stuff any where within the site area and/or spreading soils in layers for site development filling in plinth in the same building or in college campus and consolidating etc. complete as directed.

Supplying and filling in plinth with Jamuna sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, any depth including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed by EIC of College .

Roof Panels - The Prefabricated Room roof shall be constructed of (50+30) MM thick PUF insulated panels having 40+2 Kg/m3 density lined with 0.5mm thick pre coated GI sheet both side. The top sheet of the panel is in trapezoidal shape. These panels shall have overlap joinery system. Each panels shall have reinforcement m.s. tube of 40mmx40mmx1.2mm. The polyurethane will be conforming to IS 12436-1988 and flammability as per 52 DIN 4102 part-1. The PU is injected into the panel with a high pressure dispensing unit capable of forming a panel in single shot. The hydraulic press has oil heated platens which allow smooth flow of PUF chemicals mixture when it is injected for forming of panels. including in front of Creche gutter provision for rain water pipe.
