SH-II: Miscellaneous Works

Providing and fixing of approved shade Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) of exterior grade of solid / Metallic colours for signage support/ background, including all necessary frame work with MS member Vertical- 80X40X2mm, not more than gap of 4 ft Stiffner- 50X25X2mm, MS frame to be duly treated with 2 coats red oxide primer and 2 coats of white enamel paint. The composite panel should consist of 3.0 mm thermoplastic core of LDPE sandwiched between 2 skins of 0.50 mm thick aluminium sheet (alloy designation 310S) making a total panel thickness of 4 mm. The surface will be furnished with coating on top sides and service coating on reverse side. Coatings shall conform to specifications of ECCA / AAMA.

Providing and fixing of MS Framework behind the letters of signage with Vertical member - 80X40X2mm, placed at a distance not more than 4 feet on both sides Horizontal member - 50X25X2mm, placed at a distance not more than 2 feet MS frame to be duly treated with 2 coats red oxide primer and 2 coats of white enamel paint. MS Structure to be provided :- MS Structure using vertical member 100x100x4 mm (not more than 8 feet) and horizontal member 100x100x4 mm (not more than 6 feet). Diagonal binding support of 100X100X4 mm structural drawing duly approved by structural consultant to be provided.

Chase cutting of existing Granite/Tiles/Concrete floor of upto depth 75 mm and width suitable for supply & laying up to 25 mm electrical conduit with all types of accessories(viz. elbow, tee, straight socket etc.) and making good the same floor as before using in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including fixing of Granite/Tiles on surface as per site requirement with complete satisfaction of Engineer in-charge.

SH-III, Dismantling of existing Signages
