Taking up old unserviceable water storage tank and S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank double layer, ISI marked, (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) with GI medium grade pipe for inlet, outlet, over flow, checknuts for inlet and outlet, hoisted and fixed in position including 25 mm PTMT Ball vlave all as specified of following sizes:-

M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the semi underground water sumps/OHT RCC Tanks/Under ground Sumps through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY. Make: rays Cleantech/ Inus watertech/ satya enterprise. Note (a). First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b). Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company ans scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c). Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d). Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohor-5/NB-10 a Govt Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound. (e). Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) . Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 . NOTE:-(i) COMPANY WILL SUBMIT GOVERNMENT LABORATORY TEST CERTIFICATE OF TERBAC-G5/INCHOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC-G65/ INOXIi-60/NB-69, BEFORE CLEANING, FIX THE STICKER MENTIONING THE DATE OF CLEANING & NAME OF SITE AND ALSO PROVIDE CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THE COMPLETION OF STERILIZATION OF WATER TANKS MENTIONING THE NAME OF STATION AND DATE OF CLEANING. ALL THE CLEANING & STERILIZATION STAFFS SHOULD BE UNDER ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE.) Disconnecting/ dismantling (electrically & mechanically) 3 phase, 440 volts, 50 cycle electrical motor from the mono-block pump set of any capacity and shifting to work shop, opening the motor end cover, taking out rotor, taking out burnt stator winding, cleaning the stator and rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge, weight and turns of super enameled copper wire using proper insulating material, varnishing with Class I varnish, heating/baking, reassembling the motor completely and brought back at site, cleaning the impeller of pump, supply & replace gland rope, greasing, labour for replacement of unserviceable spares of pump, fixing back at original location with proper alignment, connecting and testing complete all as specified. Note :- [i] Insulation of winding shall be Class 'B' up to 7.5 HP and Class 'F' for 10 HP and above.
