Supply & installation of Roller Blind EOS System 5-41 series .It shall have complete solution for all the sizes, made by universal clutch for 34mm & 40mm tube with standard & geared clutch 1.75:1.Tube shall be made available with natural anodized finish with longer stability & Strength. Clutch shall be fixed to the brackets. One bracketshall be set for all the operation (Manual / Motorized). It shall Include Die Cast brackets with plastic covers with white end cap, Plastics components shall be developed with UV Protection & flat extruded valance with white powder coat finish. It shall have patented plastic clutch for quick, easy & safe installation. It shall have universal clutch for left & right hand operation. Total width-36mm It shall consist of flat standard bottom rail, A.I all 6060 T66 with good finish powder coat in white color. Wall thickness should be 1.5mm. There shall be possibility of side guide & side channels. It shall be highly durable for large span.Approved Make Grabber/ Wall Track / Hunter Douglas. As per Item no. 1 above but for (a) 3% Sunscreen fabric made up of 22% Polyester and 78% PVC coated 125tex Tilter Basket weave of thickness 0.68mm ±5% (ISO 2286-2) and weighing 475gsm±5%(ISO 2286-2)with openness factor of 5% .The tear resistance (Warp 170N±10% & ,Weft 125N±10%) As per ISO 544674, and pass DIN(4102)&BS test,B2&BF 5867 part2(Type B) Fire Resistance test. Color fastness 6-7/8(ISO B02-1994).

Installation of Blind for Item no. 2.0 (b) above

Supply & Installation of Roller Blind SF 38. The Roller blind system shall consist of 38mm OD extruded out of Aluminium alloy 6063 T6 with silver anodized to provide an everlasting finish and luster, the rotary unit shall be 36mm in OD incorporating a clutch mechanism composed of low – flexing braided polyester cord with nylon core, Control Ball chain shall be composed of braided nylon cord (2mm dia) with high engineering grade plastic beads of 4.5mm diameter mounted co-axially on the cord with a pitch of 6.2mm (C-T-C). Bottom rail should be powder coated Aluminium flat bottom rail of 290 gm to finish it from the ends it should have rail end caps. The clutch will be at the tube. The return end cap bracket shall incorporate snap spring design to facilitate easy installation and removal for maintenance activities. The bracket shall be finished with a white color on each side providing an aesthetic finish. It should handle up to 5 Kgs of material. The clutch should mount flush to the face of the bracket which minimizes the light gap between the shade and the window frame. Approved Make Grabber/ Wall Track / Hunter Douglas.
