Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes( or similar holes) each n exc 0.50 cum , getting out,returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) exc 250m but n exc 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, type B2 as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type-B1 in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast ce- ment concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rough finished formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors,window cills, concrete rail ings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizon tal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck in 5 to 10mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F medium grade galvanized steel tubing (concealed) with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors 15 mm dia bore pipe (including in short length) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Bib taps,15mm cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule or for CPVC pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fancy type, chromium plated stop valve cast copper allow screw down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both end form iron pipe or for union and fixed of size 15mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only iintegral water proofing compound liquid grade confirming to IS-2645 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC connections pipe ,15mm dia size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground Posts embedded in natural ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers 10mm +5mm in cement mortar 1:4 on external surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces with using WPC finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Cutting existing steel tubing bore of pipe 15mm for alterations or additions (Each cut measured), Screwing existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector) done in position without taking down complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concealed point wiring with FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cables 1100 Volts grade of 2.5 sqmm size alongwith one earth continuity conductor with FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of 2.5 sqmm size through and including 20 mm dia (medium grade) rigid non metallic PVC surface conduit terminated in and including pressed steel sunken boxes , readily available (Having wall thickness not less than 1.22 mm for boxes upto a size of 200 mmX300 mm and beyond that the wall thickness shall be not less than 1.63 mm) concealed type with 3mm thick bakelite sheet cover for fixing of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including testing on completion complete including cutting chases for concealed conduit pinning in making good to facing and pointing in using cement mortar 1:3 and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10KA 'C' curve single pole Isolator SPN 6 to 40Amps, in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 2 Module socket with sutter 25Amps 240 Volts including Moduler Metal flush box and cover plate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 2 Module starter switch 25 Amps 240 Volts including Moduler Metal flush box and cover Plate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and testing of electric water heater storage vertical type, BEE 5 star rated, 25 ltr capacity 240 volts 50 Hz comprising of high wattage heating element for instant heating, extra Mild steel with Glass lined coated inner tank, rust & shock proof ABS outer body, non-ferrous pressure plate with & including provn of 04 Nos grouting bolts suitably flushed to wall or any other surface including electric connection with 3 core PVC insulated, sheathed, stranded copper conductor cable/ flexible chord and one No 15 amps 3 pin plug top complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation , single phase natuarally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with out put voltage stabilizer at 230 volt with accuracy of (+-) 2.5 % and of capacitry 1 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
