M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 80 mm thick, M-40 grade machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking moulded paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment in any shape and size, laid dry over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand shall be measured shall be and paid separately.

M&L for river sand free from dust & vegetation for filling under paver blocks or filling in floors or foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying at or near ground level factory made precast of required shape kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete fair & smooth coloured used using best quality pigment in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs haunching and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed
