M&L painting of chair steel frame with two coat of synthethic enamel paint of approved shade Make : Berger/Asian paints after removing the rubber shoes and complete removal of existing coat of paint, including preparation of old surface by mild grinding and applying a primer coat of red oxide all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC Shoes as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

ALMIRAH MED STEEL FD-1032/87M :

Dismentling of unserviceable bottom legs, S&F of new bottom legs duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing color over a coat of red oxide primer be of 1 mm thick PBI sheet by welding and finishing with mild grinding and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge..

S&F shelves made of 1 mm thick MS sheet duly painted shape and size as specified on drg.

Dismentling of unserviceable locking assembly with complete mechanism and S&F new MS locking assemly with base plate (Complete mechanism) with upper and lower bars with brass lock as shown in drg or as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Denting/bending/welding, repairs of damaged parts, fixing loose shelves, scraping and complete removal of existing coat of paints filling, finishing and painting of Almirah Medium steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in dual shade of approved color (Make: Berger/ Asian Paint) with spray after applying a coat of red oxide primer and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL WITH SHELVES FD-1031 :

Dismentling of unserviceable bottom legs, S&F of new bottom legs duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing color over a coat of red oxide primer be of 1 mm thick PBI sheet by welding and finishing with mild griding and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L dismentling of existing unserviceable Hasp and Stapple and S&F new Hasp & staple of size 75x40mm 3mm thick stainless steel with suitable Nut&Bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L dismentling of existing unserviceable legs and S&F of new bottom legs duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing color over a coat of red oxide primer be of 1 mm thick PBI sheet by welding and finishing with mild grinding as per drg and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismentling of existing unserviceable CP handles and S&F new CP handles of approved quality for Srl No. 5.00 & 6.00 as specified and approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismentling of unserviceable locks of Almirah Med/Large with shelves and S&F new Brass locks of approved make as specified and shown in drg.

S&F of cleats shall be made of 2 mm thick MS Steel made to shape and fix in the Almirah to support the shelves for items Srl No. 5.00 & 6.00 complete as directed

Dismentling of unserviceable bushes of locking asembly of Srl No. 5.00 & 6.00 and S&F new MS bushes of locking assemly as directed by Engr-in Charge.

CHAIR CBA STEEL W/ARMS (FD-75)

Labour for removing the existing worn out/ unserviceable seat of chair CBA steel and S & F new seat frame of size 460 x 420 mm made from commercial plywood 12 mm thick and 50 mm thick 40 D foam cushion, duly covered with cloth /rexine of approved quality and shade, duly stitched all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of unserviceable seat with new seat of size 1525/1900 mm x 255 mm made out of 25 mm thick wooden planks of 1st Class hard wood (Teak Wood) with nut, bolt and washer and including polishing to wooden surface with french polish high gloss.

FORM WITH BACK OF SIZE 1800 mm (FD-78 M)

S & F in replacement of unserviceable seat with new seat of size 1800 mm x 255 mm made out of 25 mm thick wooden planks of 1st Class hard wood (Teak Wood) with nut, bolt and washer and including polishing to wooden surface with french polish high gloss.

S & F in replacement of unserviceable back with new back of size 1800 mm x 150 mm made out of 25 mm thick wooden planks of 1st Class hard wood (Teak Wood) with nut, bolt and washer and including polishing to wooden surface with french polish high gloss.
