Material and Labour for servicing of Solar street light fitting of 2x11/1x11 & 2x12/1x12 watt capacity including module cleaning, battery inspection, checking of distilled water level in battery, inspection of electronic circuits etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs battery box for housing batteries, suitable for solar light fittings fabricated with 3.00mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated including necessary fixing arrangements like clamps etc to poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs battery 100 AH, 12 Volts suitable for solar light fitting complete all as specified and directed

Supply, filling and topping up electrolyte (distilled water with acid), once in every quarter, for each battery complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, luminaire assembley for 1x11 watt LED lamps (new solar light fittings) with complete accessories all as specified and as directed.

Supply, erecting, connecting and testing solar standalone street light system consisting of LED street Light with in-built SCC, SPV Panel, Battery, 12 watts luminaire (one No), system voltage 12 V, 60 Wp solar panel, 40 Ah low maintenance lead acid tubular battery, 5 mtr HDG tubular pole with base plate including connected civil works like earth work in excavation, RFR, removal and PCC in foundation and coping with bolts & nuts etc., for erecting the pole with all accessories including taking out old unserviceable street light with pole complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells Model No. 12W Solar SLS (3 days Backup) or equivalent make as approved by Accepting Officer

Repairs to solar water heater system by checking the leakage/seapage, if found draining out the system by opening the cold water out let and hose to the bottom tank, drying out the system, refilling the same after rectifying the leakage, topping up with anti freeze solution of soft water, checking the corrosion sacrificial anode, replace if found defective, clean the collector of capacity 100 LPD complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Repairs/Rectification shall be carried out only through the authorised service dealer of OEM, necessary certificate in this regard shall be produced while claiming payment

Supply and fix in repairs 2.0 m x 1.0 m size, 6mm thick toughened glass for Flat Plate collector of Solar Water Heater 100 ltr capacity, fixed and sealed as recommended by the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying and testing 20 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings complete fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking up or down old steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs CPVC Ball valve suitable for 20mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc, with end of bars shoudered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed blusters; walk ways; railings; framework for water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
