Removing enamel paint, aluminium paint along with irregularities on the surface by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth complete in the handraillings.

Providing and fixing pre-painted galvalume (PPGL) steel profile sheets AZ-150 of brand Tata Bluescope steel, Everest Industries Ltd., JSW Steel Ltd., Jindal India Ltd. or equalavent (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with aluminium zinc coating 150 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping aluminium screws (Xylan) of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing pre-painted galvalume (PPGL) steel profile sheets accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, with aluminium Zinc coating 150 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : of brand Tata Bluescope steel, Everest Industries Ltd., JSW Steel Ltd., Jindal India Ltd.

Ridges plain (500 - 600mm)

Providing and Fixing overhead name board (arch type) of Lucknow Treatement Plant of size 4.00 to 4.50mtr approx ( Horizontal Length outer to outer) & Central rise of 1.20 to 1.50mtr approx (Head Height Clearance), outer width of board shall be 0.40 to 0.50mtr approx and arrangements for fixing the same to standing column tops with necessary framed works using GI Pipes and M.S. Sheet 1.0mm thick with approved matter stickering pasted over it as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Rates for the above job will be excluding GI Pipes required for framing work which shall be provided by the department)

Taking out existing rolling shutter, repair by cutting & dismantling the corroded portions followed by fixing of new MS Lathes of 80mm wide & 1.25mm thick i/c replacing the defective torsional springs, ball bearings with new one, entire greasing in all the sections (Guide Channel, springs, lock plates etc) wherever necessary & General Servicing along with refixing arrangements etc all complete as per the directions of EIC.

Taking out the filter materials & stacking at site with in lead of 50Mtrs as per the direction of EIC.

Aggregate

Taking out perforated slabs and cement concrete blocks including stacking, sorting,cleaning the surface by scrapping and wire brushing with fresh water including necessary repairs to minor damages or cracks as per the direction of EIC.

Removing and disposing of deposited silt from the filter bed unit and cleaning the surface and outlet pipes/ chambers etc as per the direction of EIC.

Re-setting the perforated slab excluding the cost of slab but i/c cost of shifting/setting and rearranging the blocksd and perforated slabs in original position etc. all complete.

Removing fungal and other deposited foreign materials from the surface by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
