Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils except in hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m inclusive of shoring, shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the foundation with excavated earth other than sandy soil in layers of not more than 150mm thick layers well rammed and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in place shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site etc,. complete.

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering including necessary supports for the plane surfaces such as Drainage & Culvert Retaining walls etc., using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement concrete in 1:3:6 [one cement, three sand and six course aggregate] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 mix, 20mm thick in all floors using clean screened sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of plane surfaces like RCC Slabs, Lintels, Sunshades, Square Columns, Staircase waists, Beams etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild Steel or Ribbed Tor steel bars for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and laying in position standardised concrete mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400kg/cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges cantering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / Roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards.

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 [one cement, two sand and four course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Conveyance of excavated earth to a lead of 0 to 5 Km including cost of loading, transporting etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Earthwork excavating for Sectioning and Levelling and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in Sand, Silt or other Loose Soil, Wet Sand or Silt not under water, Light Black Cotton Soil, Sandy Loam and Ordinary Soil including excavated earth etc., complete complying with standard specification (SS20B).

Picking 5cm to 10cm old metalled surface and sectioning the Existing surface to laying the road to Proper Gradient and remove the loose soil without damage the Water Supply Pipes. The Rate inclusive of all charges etc, complete as per standard specifications.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying Prime coat of 7 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with primer using 7 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as prime coat manually etc., complete as per 502 of MORTH Rev V Specifications.

Providing and laying Tack coat of 2.5 kgs/10 sqm over the Prime surface treated with binder using 2.5 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev V Specifications.

Providing and laying tack coat of 2 kgs/10 sqm over the Existing BT surface treated with binder using 2 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev V Specifications.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50-13.20mm graded metal, 0.25 cum of 13.20-2.36mm graded metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36mm & below metal and with 53.20Kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing with min. required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by 80-100 KN Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher /9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50mm graded metal, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm graded metal and 0.26 cum of 2.36mm & below metal by adding the shredded plastic waste equal to 8% of bitumen quantity 4.02Kg (50.30 x 8% = 4.02Kg) over the aggregate heated to 170 degree in CMP mixed well with 46.28Kg of hot bitumen VG30 / VG40 Bitumen (160 degree celcious) 60/70 grade for premixing per 10 sqm to lay 30mm compacted thick bituminious concrete including the cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to the required temperature and mixing with minimum required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 - 30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 80-100 KN Vibratory Roller / Pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t C M P with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher/9m paver finisher, Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plants required, including fuel all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using C M P as per clause 507 of MORTH REV-5 specifications.
