Supplying and erection of galvanised ‘D’ iron clamps complete with shackle insulator (75 mm X 90 mm),G. I. bolts, nuts and washers, coach screws etc. as required or directed by Incharge.

Stringing of Rabbit Conductor (4 wire) (Conductor will be provided by department ). (i.e. 4 separate lines are to be erected).

Erection of metallic poles of following length above 15 mts (With concreting) as directed by the incharge.

Erection of pole top/straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Providing of Top clamp Angle type with cleat for poles where required.

Providing of L.T. 4 Pin Cross Arm 50x50x6 mm For Shackle Insulators to be installed at poles.

Shifting of materials from workshop other than pole upto pole pit and dismantled pole to workshop or other working site as required.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as directed by incharge.

Providing of GI earthing pipe of 40 mm dia 3.04 mtr long with 12 mm hole at 18 places at equal distance trapered casing at lower end for earthing of poles.

Supplying and fitting of MS Nut And Bolts 16x160 mm for fixing of insulators, clamps, etc.

Transportation of pole from road side to pole pits as directed by the incharge
