Laying of one Nos 1.1 kV grade 3.5 core 400 Sqmm XLPE (A) cable in underground trench excavation in single tier formation (Horizontal) for any type of soil. The trench of 760 mm average depth including excavation, sand cushoning, protective covering with eight no bricks per mtr and refilling the trench with shifted soil. levelling up and restoring the surface duly rammed
Laying of G.I. Pipe across the road through horizontal boring without damaging the road surface below 1m of the road level (G.I. Pipe supplied by the Department) along with mending good damages of the roads if needed.
Supply of medium gauge 100 mm dia GI pipe
Finishing the end of 1.1 Kv grade PVC (A) cable by crimping method with dowels make solder less socket, glands, tapes and jointing materials (ISI marked) with identification tags etc. and making connections to feeder pillars with all necessary hardware’s as required of following sizes
a) 3.5 core 400 Sqmm
b) 3.5 core 70 Sqmm
c) 3.5 core 50 Sqmm
Supply and fixing of415 Volt 800 Amp 4 pole 36 KA MCCB, Icu= Ics, with adjustable short circuit , over load protection in existing Feeder Pillar including connections and dismantling the old MCCB (Preferred make Legrand/ Hager / Schnider)
Supply and fixing of415 Volt 400 Amp 4 pole 40 KA Microproceassor release MCCB, Icu= Ics, with adjustable short circuit , over load and earth fault protection in existing Feeder Pillar including connections (Preferred make Legrand/ Hager / Schnider)
Supply of 1.1 KV grade 3 .5 core 400 SQmm Al. Conductor XLPE insulated steel strip armoured cable conforming to IS : 7098 part -I Drum length will be 400 mtr and 225 mtr.
Supply, Erection, testing and commissioning of out door double door type feeder pillar box comprising of incoming and out going MCCB’s, Spreader links, extended Rotary handle, Aluminum Bas bar etc, and others (strictly as per annexure -1 ) ,prefered make : MCCBs : Hager, Schneider, Legrand, Siemens /approved by EIC, . I/C switch:- a) 4 pole 400 A MCCB ( Microprocessor release) with auxiliary contact & 230 Volt Shunt trip coil - 2 numbers ,b) 12.5 KA 440 Volt continious rating 4 Pole SPD with remote signal- 1 Set O/G switches a) 4 pole 400A MCCB ( Microprocessor release) - 3 number. :-b) 4 pole 250 A MCCB - 3 Numbers. c) 4 pole 160 A MCCB - 1 d) 4 pole 125 A MCCB - 1 Numbers. TPN Al Bus bar of 1000 A capacity, This job includes dismantling of old feeder pillar from existing masonary base and deposite the old FP with MCCBs to the store and erection the new FP with new masonary base as directed by the EIC and connection of earth bar with existing earthing.
