Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and any poisition not otherwise specifically provide ( reinforcement cut to faciliatate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggegrate) as in Chullah hood chajja and manhole cover, kitchen shelves etc set in cement mortar 1:6.including all neccesary formwork & finishing exposed concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, with neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 including pointing in white or coloured cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

All as described Ser item No 120.00 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces such as skirting fixed on and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out concrete embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair hard wood wooden flooring 10 to 12mm in thickness water proof and fire resistence complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 but except bricks after cleaning old bricks complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on Brick masonary wall surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound finised even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 150mm Ultra PEDWC (Double wall corrugated) pipe and all necessary fittings and fixtures complete incl hunching sides of pipe with cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC ( 1 : 4 : 8 ) Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate)for manhole cover including placing and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L mild steel deformed or twisted bar(TMT bar)8 to10mm dia and cover cut to length bent to shape reqd, incl, cranking benching spirally for copying for columns hooking ends and bending with and including MS wire annealed wire not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- forming channel shall be measured and paid for separately).

Supply only Chain link mild steel galvanized fencing (IS-272) min 50X50 mm mesh GI wire (Minimum dia 3mm and weight of mesh n.exc 4.0 kg/sqm) made up into mattress or cages etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line bars, any mesh, size and type to any type of standard, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel bolts. purpose made.with hexagonal orsquare head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. exc 10 cm but not exc 15 cm and 12mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Mild steel bars 10mm dia round bar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparing plastered Old surfaces of walls applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand all as specified

M&L for providing 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6(40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed

To attend and rectify sewage complaint by 2 sewage cleaners such as blockage/ choked bathroom / WHB /WC drainage and also outlet PVC/CI pipe and making functional Ist man hole sewage line etc complete all as specified and directed and directed any type any time between 9.00 AM to 5 PM excluding sunday & closed holiday all as specified and directed. They will report daly report to complant cell at 0830 hrs daily except sunday & closed holiday. Contractor or his representative collect the complants at 09.00 hrs from compliant cell of SDO BABUGARH and the complaints will be attended/make good/rectified with in 24 hrs on receipt of the complaints and info the status of the compaintd at 1700 hrs every day to complaint cell. On failure of the same a panelty of Rs 50/- per day per compaints will be charged.).

Cleaning of manholes and septic tanks by taking out complete sludge water, solids, brick bats, polythene silt etc complete by manualy or mechanically by HCV mounted suction discharge machine, removing/disposing the entire retrieved material outside periphery of defence land including taking off manholes cover and re-fixing the same after cleaning complete all as specifed and directed.

Dewatering of soak well completely of n.exc 3 mtr dia and n.exc 6 mtr depth by means of pumping out to out side of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and maint of sewage line of size 150mm dia and 1-6 mtr depth manholes in the following steps:- (i) Dewatering of manholes (ii) Removing of all sludge/waste material from all manholes, desilting of floor, lean the floor and walls of the manhole after removing complete sludge/materials with clean water (iii). Removing the temprary blockage of inlet/outlet pipe and making functional the manholes. (iv) Remove all taken out sludge/ waste materials in covered containers out side the Defence Land. any means and getting out and removing sludge to a distance up to 3 km out side of defence land limit and disposal in low lying area and incl removing of all types of blockage of any length between two consecutive deep manholes and to keep smooth functoining without any blockage in any situation by mechanical means with manual and mechanical process incl removel and refixing of man hole covers complete all as spefied and directed

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc 1.5 m wide & n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes & getting out complete all as specifed and directed

Returning, filling in layer including leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing surplus spoil to a distance exceeding 250 m and n. exc 500m & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
