Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc of any description complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement as on wall complete all as specified .

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement and with water proofing compound by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-WPC shall be measured & paid separately as supply only).

M&L for 5 mm thick cement plater in cement mortar 1:3 as on ceiling including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spcified.

Supply only Liquid Water Proofing compound complete all as directed. Make : Dr. Fixit or its equivalents.

M&l for two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer after preparation of newly plastered surfaces on walls complete all as specified .

M&l for two coats of cement base paint after preparation of newly plastered surfaces on wall complete all as specified .

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered new surfaces of ceiling and .applying two coats of white wash all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on plastered or unplastered old decorated surface of walls and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of wall primer over 2mm thick wall care putty including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L in repair 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to GI frame work as in ceiling flat or sloping with screws complete.

Excavating in post holes ( or similar holes ) in soft/loose soileach n exc 0.5 cu.m getting out, returning , filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

Dismantling asbestos cement sheeting (corrugated /semi corrugated) in roof coverings with ridges.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and bending of sheet as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
