Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out in hard dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) grade Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250)quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming to grade Fe-410-W (Gde E 250) for fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels. square cut or notched (ordinary & counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment GDE Fe410-0 or Fe 310-O complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges,valley complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 1mm thickness as, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel flat iron in bands, straps, supports or stays for pintle hinge, hand made sliding bolts, hold fast etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore with broken stone or boulder of gauge not exc 63 mm, deposited , spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over and including 75 mm thick PCC sub base in cement mortar(1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) and screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed light coloured/printed ceramic tiles 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked, with multistranded copper conductors and earth continuity wire with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable (including connecting to earth dolly) laid/fixed with and including PVC Casing and Caping on walls/ceiling, and with PVC switch board for mounting switches/socket etc for one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one number one way 5 Amp switch complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item serial No 20 here-in-before but for One 3 pin 5 Amp socket outlet on same board with other switches.

M&L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 2.50 sqmm, single core, FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dia non metallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith one run of 2.50 sqmm single core FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuos earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
