Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced ) in floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness (above or below GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster or stone / brick wall, ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound, on other than fair faces of brick / stone masonary surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement,Incl preparation new decorated surfaces of walls for applying Two coats of weather coat paint over one coat of base/primer coat complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC measured and paid separately.

Dismantling loose / disintergrated portion of RCC Chajjas, bend shelves, beams balconies and similar work at any position or any height and doubbing out with PCC 1:1.5:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished required shape including applying anti corrosive paint on exposed surfaces and provision of necessary supporting form work and including 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, finished fair and even,Incl preparation new decorated surfaces of walls for applying Two coats of weather coat paint over one coat of base/primer coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rough cast plaster over 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on stone / brick masonary wall surfaces Incl preparation new decorated surfaces of walls for applying Two coats of weather coat paint over one coat of base/primer coat complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC, type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate in, slab supported on wall, walls beams and columns in floors, roof landings complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste form work for flat fair finished surfaces of concrete to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab not exceeding 200mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable 20mm GI tubing, fittings and connections and removing from site or keeping aside for refixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm GI water tubing, medium grade, galvanised with all fittings ( and fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors/ trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable RCC/PVC water tank and S&F 1000 Litres capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks(cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisted & fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe of 20mm dia and fixed (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 100mm / 75mm dia AC/PVC/CI pipe (any size or pattern ) including all fitting, heads, shoes, bends and removing from sites complete all as specified and directed. Note : Measured over all as fixed along the centre line over the fittings and accessories.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber joints fixed to wall or laid in floors / trenches with & including existing / new MS stack clamps of FI 50 x 3mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal with access door with cement joint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bend / shoe of any radius with access door, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing tar felt or of any description including cement plaster or concrete of any thickness from the roof surfaces of building including cleaning the surfaces in all respect & preparing it for further treatment & removing rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick (avergae consolidated thickness) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate laid in slope as in padding, finished even and smooth on existing slope including provision of 'V' shaped groove 6mm wide and 10mm deep at 1.20 metre interval or parts thereof, both ways on top of PCC padding and filled with mastic bitumen of (1:1) proportion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of RCC/stone patti roof surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L roof treatment with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane, 3mm thick having centre core not less than 100 mircron high molecular high density polyethylene film (HMHDPE) protected on both sides with high polymeric asphaltic mix and 20 mircron HMHDPE film weight not less than 3.0 kg/ Sqm applied with bonding material using blown type bitumen primer Grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over bitumen primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.40 Kg /Sqm with final coat of bonding bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg /Sqm over APP membrane with all overlaps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection finished fair & even laid in alternative bays n. exc 2M in length and joints filled with bitumen mastic 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, grating cooler stands, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality and make confirming to IS complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending for hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming to all complete all as specified and directed.
