Supply, collection and filling of River Sand from approved quarry including all cost and conveyance to site, stacking them on road side to departmental gauge for the take premeasurement. Each layer not more than 15cm thick and consolidation properly etc complete. TNDSS No : 301 & 305

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement four sand and eight course aggregates of 40mm size hard blue granite broken stone) fir leveling course for foundation including the cost of mixing placing the concrete in position cosolidating finishing and curing etc., complete as directed for works above 1.50m up to 4.50m depth below ground level.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:11/2:3 (One cement and hand sand and three blue course aggregates of 20mm size hard broken stone) for the following items. The rates excluding the cost of supplying, fabricating and placing in opposition of MS / RTS Grills for reinforcement and centering, strutting & shuttering but including cost of mixing consolidating finishing and curing the concrete etc., complete as per as directed by the TWAD Board officers.(The rates including of testing the reservoir for the water tightness of the structure)

Painting two coats with approved emulsion over one coat of priming exposed surface of the reservoir including cleaning, preparing the surface and as directed by Departmental officers.

Construction of RCC spiral staircase in RCC 1:1:5:3 (One cement 5 sand and 3 coase Aggregates) using 20mm HBGS of 1.80m diameter of required height for approach to the roof of service Reservior with RCC Handrails including earthwork excavation providing CC 1:4:8 mix RCC footting 1:1:5:3 mix GL platform etc., and also including cost of steel reinforcement fabrication charges scaffolding centering precasting charges cement painting etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by Departmental Officers. The staircase shall be braced to the column of service reservior at suitable interval. (in the BOQ,quantity column the exact height to be mentioned from GL to roof slab bottom to get total value of work to be done.

Supply casting and fixing of hand rail at top of the OHT icluding steel centering cost of steel and all materials etc complete

Supplying and fixing in position of 0.60x0.60m water light CI Man hole frame and cove of approved pattern at the roof slab and as directed. The man hole frame and cover should be of light duty and confirming to IS 1726-1974

Supply and fixing of R.C.C (1:1.5:3) tank inside access ladder mado of 20mm size HBG metal including cost of all materials, centering, shutering. strutting, fabrication and placing in position of reinforcement,finishing and curing etc complete

Writing of scheme details on the side wall of the OHT including cost of paint and all labour charges etc complete
