Material and labour for 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in fdn filling or mass concerete , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in wall or retaining wall, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters buttresses columns, pillars boundary pillars andposts (including caps and bases) , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc, verical or to batter, work in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length of 110mm bore with rubber ring joints, laid in walls , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for broken stone or boulders hand packing ( any thickness), at back of walls over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the required level, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 5o m and making good surface, work in soft disintergreted rock , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for Fe 410-w(Gde E 250)quality B rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieaces cleats etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for MS plates plain or chequered square cut or notched forming holes drilled or welded any thicness , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Painting to steel surfaces with two coat of synthetic enamal paint over one coat of redoxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, wall etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for decorative ultra slim LED tube light fitting with extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver of 20/22watt (4') in and including 20/22 watt LED tube rod complete with all accessories prewired and connecting electrically to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 0.75 sqmm 3 core , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board. Single pole & neutral 240 V, 4 way with IP-43 IK-09 protection double door complete with appropriate size bus bar and neutral link , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
