Random Rubble stone masonary for foundation and plinth in Cement Sand Mortar above 30 Cm. thick wall IS-1597 (Part-I) 1992 in : Cement Mortar 1:6 (1-Cement:6-Sand).

DPC:Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing compaction finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1-Cement:3-coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1-Cement:1.5 coarse sand:3-graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supply & stacking good earth at site complete including loading , unloading and transportation etc &Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead upto 50 Mtr. and lift upto 1.5 Mtr.

STONE MASONRY IN SUPER STRUCTURE-Random Rubble stone masonary for superstructure above plinth level one storey height above 30 Cm. thick walls in : Cement Mortar 1:6 (1-Cement:6-Sand). Wall up to 30 Cm. and less thickness.

Supplying and fixing stone lintels/bed plates of approved quarry rough dressed in CM 1:4 upto 15 cm thick

Pillar Masonary:- Random Rubble stone masonary for superstructure above plinth level one storey height above 30 Cm. thick walls in : Cement Mortar 1:4 (1-Cement:4-Sand). Wall curved in plan to mean radius not exceeding 6 Mtr. Pillar masonry including bed plates as per specifications. Bed plate to be paid separately.

Stone Kharanja: Random rubble dry stone kharanja under floor

Lintel Beams:-Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs, girders having slopes up to 150 , landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain windows sills, staircases and spiral staircases, up to floor three level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1-Cement:3-coarse sand) and making good and joints excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement:1:1.5:3 (1-Cement:1.5 coarse sand:3-graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
