Dismantling of old panel by disconnecting all the incoming as well as outgoing connections, and with the help of manual labour

Providing/Fixing of Lighting panel board for Lighting system of EE(EAST)-II office having sheet enclosure made out of 16 SWG sheet and 50 x 50 x6 mm angle iron and size as per site requirement with 02 feet long legs stand, totally enclosed, power coated free standing floor mounted type, dust & vermin proof, out ward opening lockable door having hidden hinges and bolted back cover both using non-deteriorating neoprene rubber gasket. The bus bar of the panel will be shaped out of high conductivity, electrolytic conductor and shall be liberal sized in aluminum. The control wiring of the panel will be done with PVC flexible wire of 1.5 mm2 each wire will be terminating a ferule crimped to the wire having the following components.: - MCCB 415V, 3phase 50Hz, 250Amp, 50 ka breaking capacity - Make L&T/Siemens MCCB 415V, 3phase 50Hz, 160Amp, 36 ka breaking capacity - Make L&T/Siemens- 04 Nos

Installation of the panel at site by making foundation, laying /re-dressing of existing cable at site, termination of cable both incoming & out going side, This includes loading, unloading by crane & heavy labour & cartage up to site

Providing /fixing of MS sheet enclosure box having 250 Amp 3 Pole MCCB size as per site requirement

Testing & commissioning of panel, as per required parameters with relevant IS. testing of the panel prior to switching on as follow: - (i) Continuity and earth testing, (ii) Meggaring of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth. (iii) checking for all tightness of nut and bolts. (iv) Alignments of doors etc. (v) Interlocking tests. (vi) All function tests
