Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrically driven high pressure centrifugal water pump, suitable for automatic operation consisting of the following:

a). Horizontal, split casing centrifugal pump, with motor suitable for 45 KW ( 60 HP ) DSM 150/46, 39 MOC operation on 415 volts ± 6%, 3 Phase AC, 50 Hz 3 pole AC supply. The installation shall be complete with flexible coupling and coupling guard as required. water pump shall have CI casing, bronze impeller ( hard finished and dynamically balanced ) and SS 304/ SS 410 shaft with mechanical seal, capable for delivering 2500 LPM at outlet head of 45 mts to ensure a minimum pressure of 3.5 Kg/Sqcm at the farthest or topmost hydrant / sprinkler. The shut off head shall not exceed 120% of rated head.

b). Squirrel cage induction motor, TEFC type suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3 phase 50 HZ A.C supply, for the above pump with Synchronous speed of suitable RPM, conforming to IP 55 protection & class F insulation. The motor shall conform to IS 325-1978 (up to date) with flexible coupling and coupling guard, complete as required. c). Common base plate for (a) and (b) from M.S. Channel for required size. d). Suitable cement concrete foundation with cement concrete plaster ( design and drawing to be provided by the Contractor while the foundation will be done by others ) complete with anti-vibration arrangement of cushy foot mountings. e). The rate includes interconnecting cables, foundations & foundation bolts.
