Providing and filling clean dry sand of approved quality from approved quarry in foundation and plinth in 9" thick layer well watered and rammed incl. cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials etc. complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

C.C.(1:4:8) using 40mm HG metal of approved quality from approved quarry incl. hoisting, laying concrete in layers not exc. 15cm thick, compacting curing, finishing the exposed surface smooth, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials, cost of labour and T&P etc. all complete as per the direction of E.I.C..(A/R P/43 item 3)

Fly ash Brick work with fly ash bricks 23 cm x 11 cm x 8 cm having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P required etc. complete as per direction of the E.I.C.

Reinforced Cement Concrete M-20 Grade with crushed granite coarse aggregarate 20mm down graded of approved quality mixed by concrete mixer and placing manually, compacting with vibrators including cost of all materials, labour charges and transportation of materials within a lead of 1.0km. by mechanical means and placement within initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.50m for mixed concrete complete as directed by Engineer in charge. Cutting, straightening, coiled or bent up T.S. rod for R.C.C. work incl. bending, binding & tying the grills and placing in proper position with cost, conveyance, taxes of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and T.S. rod, cost of all labour & T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

2.5cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 12mm & down graded size hard granite chips on new work per Sqm. (P-47/17)

Brick work with fly ash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance +8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6), finished smooth to brick work after cleaning the surface incl. watering, curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials, labour and T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick work after racking out joints incl. watering, curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials, labour and T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

20mm thick cement plaster (1:6), finished smooth to stone work after cleaning the surface incl. watering, curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials, labour and T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Supplying fitting fixing vetrified tiles in floors of size 600 mm x 600 mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P required etc. complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Supplying fitting fixing vetrified tiles in dados of size 600 mm x 600 mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P required etc. complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Ceramic tiles in walls, dado skirting, risers of steps on 12mm Cement Plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with colour pigments to match the colour of tiles including rubbing and polishing etc. complete. (AR-2006, Page-90, item-17)

Supplying of M.S.doors, window frames and ventilators made out of M.S. angle, CR sheet, M.S. flat for window grill with locking arrangements with a coat of iron primer including cost, carriage, taxes of all materials and labour etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with approved paint to doors and windows over a coat of primer incl. cost of all material, T&P and labour etc complete. (for Iron work) as per direction of the EIC.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work two coats to give an even shade including cost of paint.

Distempering two coats to wall with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of distemper.
