SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-39 AT CONVENT RD UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE SAUGOR

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20mm thick cement plaster on brick / concrete/ stone surfaces in two coat (Ist coat 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid WPC @ 200ml Per litre) , finished surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note:-WPC will be paid separately under respective item.

M&L for rendering cement plaster, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering cement plaster, 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base wall care putty in two coats @ 1Kg/Sqm (0.5Kg in each coat) on new plastered surface of wall/ceiling as preparatory work to painting including cleaning surface before application of putty and necessary rubbing of puttied surface with appropriate size of sand paper so as to make the surface truly smooth, free from all dirt/ dust and made ready to receive the finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed. M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base wall care putty (approx. thickness 1mm) on newly plastered surface of wall/ceiling as preparatory work to painting including brooming down with steel wire brushes scraping down moulds moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots, removing of nails, making good holes , cracks etc cleaning surface before application of putty and necessary rubbing of puttied surface with appropriate size of sand paper so as to make the surface truly smooth, free from all dirt/ dust and ready to receive the finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed. M &L for applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered ceiling surfaces including preparation of these surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of acrylic interior emulsion paint over and including one coat of interior primer on prepared surfaces of wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed Make : Asian (Apcolite)/ Berger(self breath easy)/ Nerolac(nerolac Impression HD) Note : (i) The emulsion used shall be of approved colour by GE diluted as per manufacturer's instructions (ii) Contractor shall ensure washing floors, cleaning glass , joinery , electric fitting, etc after painting work with entire satisfaction of Engg-in-charge.

M&L for two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint over and including one coat of exterior primer on prepared surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed. Make : Asian (Appex Altima)/ Berger(weather coat all Guard)/ Nerolac(Excel total) Note : (i) The emulsion used shall be of approved colour by GE diluted as per manufacturer's instructions (ii) Contractor shall ensure washing floors, cleaning glass , joinery , electric fitting, etc after painting work with entire satisfaction of Engg-in-charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound for mixing in cement mortar or PCC complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The WPC compound specified in any item of this BOQ or ordered by Engineer-in-charge (if not mentioned in BOQ item but technically required shall only be measured and paid under this item. (ii) Contractor shall provide purchase vouchers for full quantities incorporated in the work and Engineer-in-charge shall keep defaced purchase vouchers in record and entered the same in MB
