Transportation of publicity materials for the Festival from - 2, Brabourne road, 4th floor to the stall of West Bengal Tourism at the venue
Arrangement of Transport for the official of Tourism Department as per requirement
ARTIST & MUSICIAN'S HOSPITALITY Accommodation with Food
