Supply , laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured , electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 4 Core including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs LED flood light 150 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp. and dismantling of old unserviceable fitting for taking into credit all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs 150 W LED search light long range type, 230 V suitable for fixing in watch tower cabin , weather,vermin and dust proof swiveling type with stainless steel body , tripod and glass reflectors, suitable driver and other controlling accessories and dismantling of old search light all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs 12 W LED luminaire suitable for a solar street light, including taking down the existing luminaire of any type, complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 75W solar panel suitable for 1 × 12 W LED solar light fitting, after taking down the unserviceable solar panel, complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs pole mounting type FRP cable looping box with connector having internal dimension 250 mm × 250 mm × 150 mm, with 40 × 6 mm flat iron, including suitable brass glands, lugs etc. The terminal box shall be fixed on the pole with a suitable fixing arrangement, complete as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of GI bracket made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe length 1.50m, bent to an angle of 30 degree and fixed with 40mm x 6mm flat iron, including suitable 02 set of clamps with nut , bolts ,and washers for fixing of light to pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single pole and current carrying capacity 6 to 15 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning all as specified and directed

M & L for 40mm bore `light grade` galvanised tubes with all fitting, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs analog time switch of capacity 16 Amp single outlet with 3 position over ride switch ON-AUTO-OFF on front panel for switching on/off street/security lights/flood light circuit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay LT underground cable of 1100-volt grade, Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, PVC-sheathed, 4-core, 25 sqmm, armoured, multistranded heavy-duty aluminium conductor cable, laid in trenches/ducts/walls, including cable glands at both terminations where required, laying and connecting to various switches in the panel board, testing and commissioning, and taking out existing unserviceable cables, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor LT feeder pillar box in replacement , CPRI Approved , factory fabricated in a factory having modern fabrication and testing process which includes seven tank pre-treatment process comprising of degreasing, rinsing, de-rusting , rinsing, phosphatising, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns . The doors shall be provided with suitable gasket and latch including PCC foundation for erecting the panel board. Feeder piller shall be suitable to accommodate the following as specied and as directed:- OUTER SHELL : The outer shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet &MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame, factory fabricated with front & back openable, double door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks. ‘U’ type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate of thickness 3.15 mm powder coated having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The outer shell shall be powder coated Siemens grey structural RAL 7032 shade.
