SH:1 Perimeter Lighting Pole and Fixture.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 45 W LED, suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz AC supply, road lighting lumanarie consisting of single piece, integral, grey powder coated high pressure die-cast alminium housing, conecting strip, power driver should having surge protection upto 8KV, connecting light fixture with 2 x 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor round cable from cable looping box to fitting Complete as required as per EIC (Make: Bajaj ENXT P 54L WH CR PC SD (OR) EQUIVALENT as per list of Approved make)(05 years guarantee shall be provided for complete fitting including controller by manufacturer in favor of AAI)

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of hot dip galvanised octogonal street light pole of length 6 Metres, Bottom dia mm 130 mm, Top dia mm 70 mm make of 3 mm thick steel and base plate size 200*200*12mm thick or equivalent with suitable pole Cap & Single bracket 1meter long 40mm dia for mounting the street light fittings and provision for flush mounting arragement for cable termination earth connection & terminal block including foundation bolt anchor plate, templete for the above pole. The pole shall have arrangement of 01 No.10A SP MCB, 1No 4 way 16/10Amps connect for loop in loop out in the built in distribution box with locking arrangement, including making excavation ,making Foundation with cement concrete as per the technical specification etc as required

SH : 2 Laying of cable and end termination

Supply of XLPE/PVC insulated, PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part I) 1988 with upto date amendments etc as required for the following sizes.

a) 3.5C x 185 sqmm

b) 4C x 4 sqmm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

b) 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/Metal/HDPE pipe as required.

a) Upto 35 sq. mm.

b) Above 95 sq.mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

a) Upto 35 sq. mm (Clamped with 1 mm thick saddle)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. on wall surface as required.

b) 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

a) 4C x 4 sqmm

b) 3.5C x 185 sqmm

Laying and Fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp) on the existing cable tray as required.

SH : 3 EARTHING Works

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and laying earth conncection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

SH : 4 Watch Tower

Supply and installation of 18 W 6500K recess mounting low depth recessed mounting lumaniries, with white powder coated die cast housing, suitable to operate on 230 volt 50Hz AC Supply, IP 65, complete as required as per EIC.(Make: Bajaj model-BGSLO 18 W LED WH or equivalent)(05 years guarantee shall be provided for complete fitting including controller by manufacturer in favor of AAI)

Supply and instalation of 20W (4 ft) 6500K Wall mounted batten extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver complete with all necessary accessories & lamp as required suitable to operate on 230 volt 50Hz AC SupplyIP 65. .(Make: Bajaj model-BCLAB 20 W LED or equivalent)(05 years guarantee shall be provided for complete fitting including controller by manufacturer in favor of AAI)

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. Group C

Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point (without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 40 A

Wiring for circuit/ sub-main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core stranded cable in surface/ recessed Steel conduit as required.

a) 2x2.5 sq.mm+ 1x 2.5 sq.mm earth wire.

b) 2 x 4.0 sq. mm+1 x 4 sq.mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing metal box of 150mm X 75mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in FRLSont including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps socket outlet and 5/6 amps piano type switch, connection, painting etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mm X 100mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in FRLSont including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps socket outlet and 15/16 amps piano type switch, connection, painting etc. as required.

Supply and installation of 300 mm sweep metal exhaust fan suitable for 230 volt AC Supply including installation in the existing opening withall accessories etc, as required.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of 400mm sweep, Wall mounting fan suitable for 230 volt AC Supply with all accessories etc as required. (Make M/s Bajaj ,Model sameera or equivalent)

Supply of 10W 5700 K, IP 65 bulk head luminiare with couple diffuser complete with all necessary accessories as required. (Make: Bajaj model-BIBWP 10 W LED or equivalent)(05 years guarantee shall be provided for complete fitting including controller by manufacturer in favor of AAI)

SH-5 : Changeover Switch

Providing and fixing of changeover Switch-Disconnector of rating 400A suitable to operate on 415v AC,4P with sheet steel enclosure and also spreaded terminals for incoming cable confirming to IS/IEC 60947-3 complete as required.
