Preparing Internal Surfaces of Pressed steel OVER HEAD TANK 19200 Gallon Capacity 12.00 metre High located at PUMP HOUSE No.1 and applying One Coat of Black Bituminous Paint (suitable for Drinking Water) Preparation of Mild Steel Staging, Supports, Steel Structure, Ladder, Pumping & Supply/ Over Flow Pipes/ Wash Out PipesGI/ CI Pipes upto ground level from top of the tank and Applying One Coat of Synethic Enamel Paint inside of the Tank. and Two Coats of Aluminium Paint on Outer Surface of the Tank including Arrow marking on Pumping/Supply/overflow line and letter writing by using white paint or Black paint showing CAPACITY : CLEANED ON:DUE ON: on locations complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of Old Painted steel and iron Surfaces of Pressed steel over head tank of any description, shape and size at height from 9-15 mtrs, by Scrapping with Mild Steel wire brushes and Sand Papering to remove all the Loose paint, Sludges, rust, etc. and applying one Coat of Aluminium Paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of Old Painted steel surfaces of exposed pipes laid horizontally at pump houses not exc. 100mm dia or girth, by Scrapping with Mild Steel wire brush and Sand papering to remove all the loose paint, sludges, rust, etc. and applying one Coat of synthetic enamel Paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully electric driven centrifugal pump set 20 HP capacity including MS channels frame from foundation after disconnecting GI pipes/main electric supply from motor starter panel and keeping the MS channel frame at site for repairs/painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint and carrying the pump set to nearest repairing workshop including bringing back after repair work complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of repair of the pump shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item here-in-after.

Dismantling carefully centrifugal motor 20 HP capacity and taking out the burnt/worn out coils from the slots of startor and other accessories such as ball bearing and rotor and cleaning the startor slots and rewinding the same with new super enamelled copper winding of same weight, appropriate gauge, heating, varnishing with doctor beck's insulating varnish and re-assembling the same and testing comissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismentling carefully centrifugal pump 20 HP capacity and taking out all serviceable and unserviceable parts and cleaning/removing all dust particales such as mould and moss etc re-assembling the same after greasing the ball bearing including necessary gaskets etc and replacement of unserviceable parts. Note :- Materials required for replacement will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Comprehensive maintenance of centrifugal pump set of capacity 15/20 HP installed at pump house, repair to the minor spare parts such as bearing of the motor, bush and replacing the fan blade, shaft keys, Contact Terminals and checking and replacing the burnt cable glands etc opening the motor casing, cleaning the carbon deposited on the windings, filling the gland packing of pump, checking the spare parts of pump, including Greasing, cleaning the impeller and casing of the pump including repairs to pump ,replacement of spares parts ,Impeller bushing, Dischrage/suction casing of pump,Gaskets etc & connected accessories if required including reassembling and reinstalling the same to its orginal position or all as directed. Note: Spare parts will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Comprehensive Maintenance of Air Compressor assembly by Cleaning the whole body & Air tank, Oiling, greasing, tightening of all nut bolts if required, Minor repairing to Compressor Pump and Electric Motor including replace-ment of Spare Parts like V Belt /NRV,s Pully if required of appropriate type etc. including repleacement of old oil SAE-90 and other spares, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down of the existing serviceable/ Unserviceable pressed steel plate of size (1.25 Mtr X 1.25 Mtr), 5 mm thick (bottom and sides of the tank) from existing over head pressed steel tank erected on 12 Mtr. high staging by unscrewing/Opening/cutting the nut bolts etc. all as directed. Note: The pressed steel plate shall be measured and paid separately. Serviceable plates shall be segregated and stacked properly duly cleaned at site of work for re-use and all other unserviceable plates nut bolts and washers etc shall be removed from site of work as directed.

Supply and fixing Pressed steel plate of Size 1.25m x 1.25m x 5.00 mm thick suitable for steel over head tank at 12 mtr. high staging as per existing one (bottom and side) including tightening of nut bolt & provision of necessary lead wool, rubber gasket and including applying two coats of black bituminous lead free paint (suitable for drinking water) on inner surface and two coats of aluminium paint on outer surface over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed Note :-Necessary New nuts, bolts, washers will be measured & paid separately.

Material and labour for Re-fixing of old serviceable pressed steel plate in existing PS tank using new jointing materials like bolts, nuts, washers, lead wool, rubber gasket as per existing type including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats black lead free bituminous paint on inner side all as directed . (necessary New nuts, bolts, washers will be measured & paid separately).

Dismantling and taking down the existing worn out MS plate top cover of pressed steel overhead tank on 12 mtr high staging complete all as specified and directed. Note: Serviceable plates shall be segregated and stacked properly duly cleaned at site of work for re-use and all other unserviceable plates nut bolts and washers etc shall be removed from site of work as directed.

Supply and fixing 3.15 mm thick MS Sheet as in top cover of Pressed steel overhead tank erected on 12 mtrs high staging, fixed with necessary nuts, bolts, washers etc including applying two coats of black bituminous lead free paint (Suitable for drinking water) on inner surface and two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Necessary New nuts, bolts, washers will be measured & paid separately.

Refixing servicable MS Sheets 3.15 mm thick as in top cover of PS overhead tank , erected on 12 Mtrs high staging, fixed with necessary nuts, bolts, washers etc including applying two coats of black bituminous lead free paint (Suitable for drinking water) on inner surface and two coats of Synthetic enemel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on outer surface after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Necessary New nuts, bolts, washers will be measured & paid separately.

Material and labour for cast iron sluice valve 150 mm dia with flanged ends heavy duty of class PN 1.6 ISI marked, drilled for bolts comprising of stainless steel and cast iron operating wheel, including necessary rubber gasket joint complete with nuts bolts and washer including removing of old unserviceable valves all as specified and as directed.

High staging segregation of serviceable steel keeping the same in safe custody for reuse and Unserviceable materials removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Mild steel framed work as in ladder, cleats ,areation tower and similar work in water tank conforming to Fe 410-O or Fe 310-O by welding or screwing nut bolt & washer, including applying two coats of black bituminous lead free paint (Suitable for drinking water) over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work carried out on internal side of PS tank & applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work carried out on outer side of Tanks after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary New nuts, bolts, washers will be measured & paid separately.

Re-fixing of old serviceable Mild steel framed work as in ladder, cleats and similar work in water tank including applying two coats of black bituminous lead free paint (suitable for drinking water) over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work carried out on internal side of PS tank & applying two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work carried out on outer side of tanks after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Mild Steel Screw Bolts of dia 5 to 10 mm (Machine Made) with Hexa-gonal or Square Heads at One End and Screwed the Other or Screwed Both Ends each Screwed End to be fitted with Washers and One Hexagonal or Square nut of suitable diameter of Shank and Length of Bolt as ordered, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: contractor has to provide all the scaffold machinary, chemicals for cleaning of the all tanks with out extra cost and he will ensure safety of workmen and provide the safety belts and helmets for the workers while cleaning and working at the overhead tanks without any extra cost.

Supply and fixing in replacement unserviceable Galvanised iron column pipes heavy duty grade 80 mm dia column pipe 6.0 mtr long each pipe fixed with two Nos galvinised iron flange on both end, including welding (both inside and outside) and drilling holes on flanges as per existing size/ grading etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of 20 HP capacity centrifugal pump set after removing old painted/rusted surface by paint removers with blow lamps, claming with scrapers etc over the surface of motor/ pump/chennal base of pump set and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint (as per existing colour) on motor/pump body over One coat of red oxide primer shall be painted with electrical spray machine all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of 12.5/15 HP capacity submersible pump set after removing old painted/rusted surface by paint removers such as blow lamps, scrapers etc over the surface of motor/ pump and outer body surface of 80 mm dia pipe, 3 stages column pipes, 6 M long and painting with two coat of back anti- corresive synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on submersible pump set body and outer surface of column pipes (using spray machine) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kg per sqcm of dia 25mm with all tube fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces of medium grade connectors, back nuts, caps, plugs and unions etc ) laid in trenches / floor /ducts and also cutting pipes screwing and for making bends on piping as required after taking down old existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Alum Ferric( AL2 O3 of 15% to 16% concentration) with water in proportionate way for achieving proper sedimentation of water at all time at Pump Houses as directed for better sedimentation process at Pump house No 1 & 2 complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply only Unslaked Lime Ca (OH)₂ in poly bag / container of 9 Kg of approved quality with water in proportionate way for achieving proper sedimentation of water at all time at Pump Houses as directed, for better Purification/ sedimentation process at Pump house No 1 & 2 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Bleaching Powder of approved quality for cleaning/ washing the balancing tank, areation tower during decaning/ refilling with fresh water at an interval as directed for better Cleanleness of Balancing tank/ Areation tower or at other indicated places complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Calcium based High strength Chlorination chemical. (chlorine contents not less than 65%) with water in proportionate way for maintaining adequate chlorine at all time at Pump Houses as directed for water disinfection complete all as specified & directed.

Suppy and fixing pressure gauge 0 to 10 kg 4" dia including gun metal on/off nob complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
