Taking out old unserviceable UG Cable of size 300 Sqmm 3.5 core

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1 flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay, spread in trenches river sand including spreading, levelling, punning for cushioning of cable all as specified and as directed. Note : For payment purpose only punned thickness shall be measured and paid .

Supply and laying in trenches, LT underground cable of size 300 Sqmm 3.5 core XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands,jointing materials etc., laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall including taking down complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Supply and fix cable route indicator made out of 3 mm thick ms sheet of size 20 cm x 15 cm duly painted with two coats black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing cable direction, capacity, size with white paint, mounted on angle iron 40x40x3 mm, angle height 45 cm, (30cm below ground level) with PCC 20cmx20cmx15cm all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

S&L GI tubing light grade 100 mm bore in trenches/fixing on pole/wall/crossing in drain etc. for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and jointing staright through joint outdoor type 1100 volts grade heat shrinkable type suitable for 3.5x 300 sqmm LT XLPE cable and testing after jointing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unsv HPSV/CFL/Metal halide/Sodium vapour street/security lights complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unsv point wiring from junction box to street light fittings complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix LED street light fitting 45 Watts, 230 V AC outdoor type with pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics with IP-66 protection, CCT 5700K, lumen efficacy not less than 110 lumen/watts complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. M&L for point wiring complete for one street light point controlled by one MCB SP 6 Amp capacity with copper conductor cables, FRLS of size 1.5 sq. mm from street light junction box to street light fittings in PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia and fixed with pole by clamps/GI wire.

Supply and fix terminal box made out of SMC with hinged door and locking arrangements of size 140x140x95mm Including ,Backlite 4 way connector,M S Clamps suitable for pole ,PCC/MS/GI/rail etc. with bolt, nut and washer, electrical connections incl MCB SP 6-32 Amps complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
