Providing, supplying, installing and fixing fixed type Lecture Theatre Seating System suitable for Engineering Colleges, Medical Colleges, Pharmacy Colleges, Universities, Training Institutes and Educational Institutions, comprising writing desk, seat bench, back support panel, modesty panel, bookshelf and powder coated CRCA steel under structure complete in all respects. The writing top shall be manufactured from 25 mm thick Post
Forming Board finished with high pressure decorative laminate on both sides. The front edge shall be machine post-formed to provide a smooth rounded profile free from sharp corners. All exposed edges shall be finished with 2 mm thick PVC edge banding applied through automatic edge banding machine using hot melt adhesive
technology. The writing top shall have a depth of 380 mm and shall be adequately supported by steel brackets and frame members to prevent deflection during usage. The seat bench shall be manufactured from 25 mm thick Post Forming Board finished with decorative laminate on both sides. The front edge shall be ergonomically rounded and post-formed for user comfort. All exposed edges shall be protected with 2 mm PVC edge banding applied through automatic edge banding machine. The back support panel shall be manufactured from 25 mm thick Post Forming Board finished with decorative laminate on both sides and complete with machine applied 2 mm PVC edge banding on exposed edges. The back panel shall be ergonomically positioned to provide proper lumbar support and seating comfort during prolonged lectures. The front modesty panel shall be manufactured from 18 mm thick laminated particle board complete with matching edge banding and shall be fixed below the writing top to provide structural rigidity and privacy. The book shelf shall be manufactured from 18 mm thick laminated particle board and fixed below the writing desk. The shelf shall be designed to accommodate books, notebooks, laptops and personal belongings of students. The complete supporting structure shall be fabricated from 25 mm × 50 mm × 1.2 mm thick CRCA ERW rectangular steel tubes conforming to IS:513 standards. Additional supporting and reinforcing members shall be fabricated from suitable CRCA steel sections as required to ensure structural stability and load bearing capacity. All steel components shall be processed through a pretreatment system consisting of degreasing, de-rusting, phosphating and passivation prior to coating. The steel framework shall then be finished with epoxy polyester powder coating having a dry film
thickness of 60–80 microns, oven baked to obtain a smooth, scratch resistant and corrosion resistant finish. The complete seating system shall be rigidly mounted on stepped flooring using heavy duty steel base plates and anchor fasteners. All joints shall be welded using MIG welding process, properly ground and finished to provide a clean appearance free from burrs, sharp edges and welding marks.
The complete system shall be supplied, installed and commissioned at site including all hardware, anchor fasteners, accessories, labour, transportation, loading, unloading and installation complete as required.
CRCA Steel conforming to IS:513 Grade. Automatic edge banding machine application. Powder coating minimum 60–80 microns. Minimum 1000-hour Salt Spray Test report for powder coated components.

Providing, Supplying, Installing and Fixing Fixed Type Floor Mounted Lecture Theatre Seating System suitable for Universities, Engineering Colleges, Medical Colleges, Pharmacy Colleges, Management Institutes and Educational Institutions comprising writing desk, seat bench, perforated modesty panel, book rack and heavy-duty CRCA steel supporting structure complete in all respects as per approved design and specifications.
The writing top shall be manufactured from **18 mm thick Pre- Laminated Particle Board (PLPB)** of approved make having decorative laminate finish on both sides. The exposed edges shall be finished with **2 mm thick PVC edge banding** applied through automatic edge banding machine using hot melt adhesive technology. The writing top shall have a depth of **350 mm** and shall be adequately supported by steel brackets and structural
members to prevent deflection during use. The seat bench shall be manufactured from **18 mm thick Pre Laminated Particle Board** with decorative laminate finish on both sides and exposed edges protected with **2 mm thick PVC edge banding**. The seat depth shall be **350 mm** and ergonomically designed for comfortable seating during prolonged classroom sessions.
