Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil :

Providing and laying of stone soling (hand packed) including watering,dressing and ramming with all carriages loading,unloading and stacking etc.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curring but excld. the cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) Including cost of material involved complete.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curring but excld. the cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Including cost of material involved complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting , proping etc. and removal of form for : foundation, footings, basis of columns etc, for mass concrete.

Providing and fixing of 75mm dia PVC pipes as weep holes including carriages involved complete.

Supplying and filling of RBM as back filling behind R-Walls with all carrriage etc complete

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in above plinth level upto floor V level including curing in :Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including all carriages complete.

Ruled/flush pointing on white sand stone massonary surface with lime surkhi and marble dust mortar in the ratio 1:1½:½ 1 lime: 1½ surkhi (50% red and 50% light yellow surkhi): ½ marble dust ( the rate is inclusive of all materials and labours involved except scaffolding)

Structural steel welded in built up sections trusses and framed work incld cutting,hoisting fixing in positon and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer incl. painting all complete. Welded.
