Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Detto Item No 2 Above but Exept Brick complete all as specified and directed

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces of walls, finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof Exterior emulsion paint of colour & shade as approved (Colour scheme shall be as approved by the GE & user) over and including a coat of exterior primer paint and 2mm thick cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Asian Apex Ultima or equivalent of make specified in List of Makes.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Removing of excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 M and deposing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil

Demolition of Reinforce cement concrete in roof, floors, landing and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete as in landing slabs in cement concrete (1:1 1/2 :3) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel 10 mm dia tmt bar and over as in reinforcement cut to length, bent in shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc.

Description all as per item No 11 above but mild steel tmt bar 6mm to 8 mm dia.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs and lintels, chajja landing and similar work exc 200mm thick.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

Dismentling of fencing wire or mesh of any type.

S&F mild steel joist chanal angle for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0

Mild steel screw bolts 10 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement/Grit plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layers 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer with 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand:2 coloured marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size), in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with wire brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling courses all as specified and directed.

M&L for heavy duty coloured (approved colour) fully vitrified paving tiles of size 400mmx400mm x11 to 12mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured or white cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded Cement concrete chequered tiles 300X300X25 mm thick with grey cement & pigment, set & jointed over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete including dismantling of old tile all as specified and directed. . (Make : Ultra, Unistone, Duracrete)

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sand (50 mm thickness ) for cushioning to interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast Rubber molded concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade made with grey cement and pigment complete including dismantling of old paver block tile all as specified and directed. (Make : Ultra, Unistone, Duracrete)

S&F in Repair factory Made 24mm thick 100% Solid WPC ( Wood polymer Composite ) JALI of required size comprising of virgin PVC resin of K Value 58-60 ( Suspension Grade ), Calcium Carbonate and natural fibers ( Wood Powders/ rice husk/ wheat husk ) and Non toxic additives, made from Extrusion process WPC foam sheet Single Extruded (Inner ) with having minimum density not less than 650 kg/cbm having good screw holding capacity ( Screw Withdrawal strength of 2000 N ( Face ) & 1100 N ( Edge ), Minimum Compissive of 50 N/mm2, Modulus of elasticity 50N/ mm2 and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with Property of being Termite/ Borer Free.Water/ Moisture Proof and Fire Retardant. M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old wall/Kerb stone by scrapping using electrically operated grinder machine/electric sand paper machine, washing down with water and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of water based primer on walls/Kerb stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick of approved shade granite stoneZ Black (superior Quality) slab (table rubbed and polished as in floors, jambs, steps, cooking platform etc and the like, over & including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:4, pointed in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including two strip of line make on (tread of stair case) granite complete including dismantling of old tile/ slab all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:2:4 (20 mm stone Agg) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width set and jointed in CM 1:4 as in kerb stone complete all as specified and directed.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials outside MOD land (As approved by local Municipal Authorities) by mechanical means including loading, transporting and unloading the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge
