Dismantling & disconnecting connection taking out old unserviceable items and checking the serviceability of different spares / components / parts of security light fittings (HPSV, HPMV, Metal Halide fittings etc, any wattage/capacity) of any description and in any position, replacement of un-serviceable/damaged/ broken part(s) either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position, cleaning acrylic/glass cover connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation etc and taking out the old existing LED street light fitting / security light fitting / Flood light fitting and electric connections remove by carbon, disconnect cable connection and re-connect, after repair of any description and in any position from poles / walls / pillars etc. complete and unserviceable LED street light depositing in MES storeyard and collect any type street light and fixing all as directed. Note:- (i) Spare part for repair shall be measured and paid seprately under respective item.

Disconnecting existing LT over heated or burnt cable terminal Joint LT aluminium conductor cable of size 10 to 25 Sqmm of any core at existing panel/ board/feeder pillar box /overhead lines etc., cutting out over heated / burnt / unserviceable end portion of cable, stretching / opening cable to suitable required length from available rings etc and fixing and connecting the cable in position properly by providing suitable new aluminium lugs and suitable GI nuts, bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 35.00 above but size 35 to 70 Sqmm of any core.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre width and getting out including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/protection pipes etc including removing cable covers carefully & stacking properly for re-use complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre distance and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured & paid.

Supplying & Laying Sub Class `B’ bricks old size with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable as in cable protection all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation over the areas around the poles/feeder pillar boxes/ sub stations not exceeding 15mm depth including cleaning the bushes and vegetation and leveling incl removal of surplus soil in soft/hard dense soil.

Trimming/cutting of tree branches and cleaning of bushes upto 3.0 mtr distance both side from nearest conductor/Earth Wire at LT overhead line including cleaning of site and depositing of material upto 250 mtr distance all as directed.

S&F in repair of aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/ description on LT poles/lines including stringing, tightening, binding to insulators with aluminium wire making and connecting jumpers,clamps, connections etc including connecting, commissioning and testing complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable existing sheet metal enclosures double pole, 2 way DBs for using MCBs / MCB isolators without bus bar with and including one MCB SPN 16 Amp including testing all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair MCB single pole & Neutral 63 Amps, 10 KA ,240 Volts complete all as specified and directed. Make:-Havells Cat Pt No-DHMGCSNF063 or L&T/Legrand.
