Taking down old U/S TPN/VTPN DB including metal enclosure,energy meter single/three phase keeping the meter safe for refixing,making surface good to match the existing surface complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 06 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, two single core, 1100 Volts grade, stranded, PVC insulated FR-LSH, unsheathed, copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 06 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated FR-LSH, unsheathed,copper conductor cable drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit of 25 mm dia, medium grade with all conduit accessories / fittings, brass screws, washers etc and connected to common earth dolly including all cutting / chases etc in wall, making good to walls etc including taking down existing submain and two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing incl taking down old u/s submain wiring complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 10 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, four single core, 1100 Volts grade, stranded, PVC insulated FR-LSH, unsheathed, copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 10 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated FR-LSH, unsheathed,copper conductor cable drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit of 25 mm dia, medium grade with all conduit accessories / fittings, brass screws, washers etc and connected to common earth dolly including all cutting / chases etc in wall, making good to walls etc including taking down existing submain and two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing incl taking down old u/s submain wiring complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure double door, tripple pole and neutral, AC, 240 volts, 04 way, with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar and IP - 43 protection with metal double door and flush to wall including all cutting on wall and making good including two coats of white/colour washing/distempering blanker etc to match the existing disturbed surfaces complete all as directed by Engineer - in -charge.

Supply and fixing Vertical Loadline sheet metal enclosure double door, Triple pole and neutral (TP&N vertical loadline) AC, 415 volts, 04 way, with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar and IP - 43 & IK 09 protection, with the inbuilt provison for fixing of 1 No MCCB of frame 1 suitable upto 125 Amp and 12 Nos MCB'S inside of DB, with metal door and flush to wall including grouting and cutting in existing wall and making good disturbed surface with two coats of white / colour washing / distempering ,blanker etc to match the existing one all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note:- MCB's,MCCB will be measured and paid separately as required.

Supply and fixing MCB, SP, AC, 240 volts "B" series capacity of 40 Amps, 10kA and making connections complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 125A, 4P, 415V AC, fixed Overload and fixed short circuit setting ,16KA breaking capacity,Ics=100%Icu, suitable for fixing in frame 1 type VTPN DB all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level steel earth plate connected with GI wire 04mm dia by means of lug, bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel GI protection pipe 15mm bore light grade all as shown in elect plate No.3 of SSR part I connecting to main switch board / Main DB’s including excavation, earth work, salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick around GI earth plate, GI pipe medium grade 20mm nominal bore watering pipe GI sheet funnel wire mesh, concrete pit, RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS Bars 6mm dia at the rate of 150mm center to center both way with suitable lifting handle and pit / chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 , Angle iron 40x40x5mm frame for pit cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

supply ,laying commissioning ,testing of XLPE under ground LT cable 1100 volts grade of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core armoured PVC sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty laid in trench ,fixing on wall ,under road crossing through proctection pipe etc including taking down old LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Framed work such as grills, angle grating etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, railings and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel over one coat of primer complete all as specified & directed

Excavation in trenches in soft and lose soil n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of GI/CI pipe line & getting out including forming bottom surface complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to underground cable, provided with a layer 8 cm before and 15 cm after laying and stretching jointing and testing the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

Supply and laying brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat, size 230mm x 115mm x 75mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing GI water tubing light grade, 50 mm bore for mechnical protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.
