Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete as per direction of site in-charge. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, All kinds of soil as per direction of site in-charge. Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. as per direction of site in-charge. Pota cabin (size of container 12x 8x 8 feet for Guard room with installation Transportation etc) for ticket counter/staff room for guards including design, drawing, supply of cabin with cost of materials, labours and commissioning etc complete as per direction of site in-charge. Gazebo to enhance public amenities in ticketed monument including cost of materials and labour along with erection and commissioning etc. complete design and drawing provided by site in-charge. Making soak pit 2.5 m diameter 3.0 metre deep with 45 x 45 cm dry brick honey comb shaft with bricks and S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diameter, 1.8 m long complete as per standard design.
