Dismantling clearing away floor finish in cement mortar with mosaic tiles / glazed tiles etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Skirting the sides of walls 300x200x6mm size of approved make and best quality and colour set in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement , two sand) and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodized partition with 62 x 38 x 2 mm extruded box section at bottom, vertical and horizontal members. All panels should be covered with 12 mm thick MDF board - exterior grade - both sides pre-laminated, including necessary dismantling for making holes in RCC columns, beams, masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed by the departmental officers. The aluminium surface is to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1868/1962 specifications for an average anodic film thickness of not less than 15 microns. All materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before fixing in position

Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodized partition with 62 x 38 x 2 mm extruded box section at bottom, vertical and horizontal members. Supplying and fabricating and fixing in position aluminium anodised partly top 1/2 galzed and partly bottom 1/2 panelled door shutter made out of box section 47.1x44.45x2.5mm at 1.202 kg\m for vertical style and top, lock rail sections of size 50x44.50x2.5mm @ 1.292 Kg/m and bottom 100.4x44.45x2.50mm at 1.974kg\m using clips of size 17.15x17.27x1.5mm at 0.176 kg\m with necessary metal screws, rubber beading, strike plate type handle of size 100x30x1.60mm at 0.988 kg\m on both sides, tower bolts, lock pivot arrangements and top 1/2 portion with 4 mm thick plain glass and bottom 1/2 portion with both side pre laminated board (MDF) 12mm thick for panel portion with 1 No. of hydraulic door closers of approved quality using aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal with double speed adjustment with ISI monogram including cost of furniture fitting such as Pivot, hinges, Tower bolt, lock, door stopper and all materials labour power consumption required for fabrication drilling required for fabrication drilling holes in RCC columns floor slabs masonry wall wherever necessary with power drills to the required extent and make the same to original condition after fixing and as directed. All the aluminium sections are to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with IS 1868-1962 for an average anodic film thickness of 15 microns etc., complete. The materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.

Supplying and fixing in position of false ceiling arrangements with aluminium anodized "T" section and "L" angle frame work of grid of size 100x50 cm with aluminium "T" section and "L" angle of size 25 x 25 x 2 mm thick and the same is supported at suitable intervals by adjustable type 6 mm dia M.S. rod with suitable threaded nuts suspended rods hung from ceiling at 100 cm centre to centre in both directions and fixing 60 x 60 x 20 mm thick thermocole in the grid so as to give a seat to false ceiling including painting the 6 mm dia MS rods etc. complete complying with standard specifications. Necessary openings and arrangements for fixing electrical fittings should be provided with suitable frame work etc. complete.

Painting One coat with ready mixed emulsion paint for old wall surface over existing priming coat, complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and painting the new plastered surface with ONE coats of ready mixed Acrylic Distempering paint of Ist quality over one coat of priming coat for plastered surface including cleaning preparing the surface etc. complete complying with Standard specification. The paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Supplying and painting the ONE coat of ready mixed ACE Exterior emulsion paint of Ist quality and weather proof over one coat of primer including thorough scarping ,clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Hydraulic Door closer of various sizes of approved quality using Aluminium Extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with double speed adjustment like HARDWYN (make) 'GAZEL' (or) equivalent (with ISI Monogram)

Supply and erection of Indoor units of 1.5 ton capacity (3Star) spilt type Air conditioner unit confirming to ISI 1301 (Part 2) 1992 with amendment No.1 fitted with Hermetically sealed compressor operation on 230 v 50 Hz AC supply system with energy efficient operating system with refrigerant gas R -22 suitable for high wall mounting evaporator and specification as under general requirement interconnection of pipes and cables.

Supply and erection of 4KVA capacity Automatic voltage stabilizer suitable to operation on 230 V single Phase, 50Hz AC supply system with time delay relay and High/ Low voltage cutt off, Input voltage range 170 V to 270 V AC Single Phase, Wall mounting Type stabilizer with necessary clamp.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality and approved make Indian made white / colour glazed earthernware wash hand basin of size 550 x 400mm (with pedestal / without pedestal) with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost 15mm dia brass CP pillar tap, 32mm dia "B" class GI waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm dia GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple, 15mm dia nylon connection, 32mm dia CP brass waste coupling including fixing of wash basin using CI brackets on to the wall in position with TW plugs and screws, rubber washers, white lead and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coat of painting over a priming coat of anti-corrosive paint including testing for leakages etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
