Design, content creation, fabrication, supply, and installation of a GRC/FRP Chronological Story Wall depicting the life journey of Lord Buddha in a clockwise progression from North-East (Lumbini – Birthplace) to South-West (Kushinagar – Mahaparinirvana), following the true geographical sequence of major events in Buddha’s life. The wall shall be constructed along a circular pathway of approximately 40 m radius, having an approximate total length of 240 meters, with a uniform height of 1.8 meters and display width of 1.5 meters, resulting in a total display surface area of around 360 sq. meters. The entire mural surface shall be executed in GRC/FRP material , using sculpted high-relief artwork that narrates the chronological phases of Buddha’s life such as Lumbini (Birth), Kapilvastu, Bodh Gaya (Enlightenment), Sarnath (First Sermon), Rajgir, Shravasti, Vaishali, and Kushinagar (Mahaparinirvana). The scope includes complete conceptualization, research-based content development, storyline drafting, and artwork creation of each chronological panel. The Bidder shall prepare detailed concept drawings, thematic scripts, high-resolution 3D visualizations, and obtain approvals prior to fabrication. The murals shall be fabricated using premium-grade GRC/FRP panels, with minimum GRC thickness of 25–30 mm (alkali-resistant glass-fiber-reinforced cement mix as per GRCA standards) and minimum FRP thickness of 6–8 mm (consisting of 4–5 layers of high-grade resin and fiberglass mat). Murals shall feature high-definition carving, deep sculptural relief, and artistic texturing to ensure maximum thematic clarity and visual depth. All mural surfaces shall be finished with UV-resistant gel coat, followed by two coats of exterior-grade polyurethane (PU) or nano-acrylic coating, ensuring weather resistance, long-term color stability, and protection against moisture, dust, and biological growth. All installation shall be carried out using SS-304 anchor fasteners, concealed frames, and secure mounting systems. Joints shall be treated with UV-protected flexible sealant for a seamless look. The work includes fabrication, surface finishing, painting, transportation, site delivery, installation, alignment, and final aesthetic integration, executed as a turnkey job complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The bidder shall ensure complete artistic refinement, structural safety, and continuity of the chronological sequence across the entire length of the wall. Note: The item excludes any RCC substructure, brick wall, or concrete foundation works. Scope of work is limited strictly to design, creation, and installation of the GRC/FRP mural wall.
