Specifications: Replacement of Clarifier II and III compartment - shell plate, bottom plate, and mud boot tray Size: A.Ⅱand Ⅲ- Compartment Tray plate(Shell) Dia : 10mtr, Heigth : 1.50mtr Thickness : 10 mm B.Ⅱand Ⅲ- Compartment Bottom plate Dia : 7.5mtr, D2 : 2mtr Slope Length : 4mtr,Thickness : 10 mm C.Ⅰand Ⅲ- Compartment Mud boot tray Dia : 2.5mtr, Heigth : 1mtr Thickness : 10 mm Radius : 1.25mtr, Height : 0.5mtr Thickness : 10mm Cast iron valves (flange type) Size 2” – 6 Nos, Size 4” – 4 Nos Size 6” – 2 Nos,MS Pipe Size 4” – 96 Mtrs, Size 6” – 24 Mtrs Scope of work: 1) Dismantle the existing damaged Clarifier II and III compartment - shell plate, bottom plate, and mud boot tray, weighed and leading to scrap yard through our mill stores. 2) Fabrication and erection of Clarifier II and III compartment - shell plate, bottom plate, and mud boot tray as per the existing manner welding on both sides (2 layer). 3) The approximate quantity of work will be around 10.00 MT. 4) Two coat of red oxide paint is to be done. 5) Hydro test is to be carried out to check the leakages, the leakages if any are to be arrested by the contractor.
