Painting two coats on previously painted exterior surfaces of Lighthouse tower with 1st qauality Synthetic Enamel paint in Red and white bands of approved brand ( Asian/ Berger/ Shalimar - high glossy) to give an even shade after scarping, brooming, sand papering, cleaning, washing the surface etc. at all heights of lighthouse tower including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Painting two coats on previously painted interior surfaces of Lighthouse tower with 1st qauality Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand ( Asian/ Berger/ Shalimar - high glossy) to give an even shade after scarping, brooming, sand papering, cleaning, washing the surface etc. at all heights of lighthouse tower including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Distempering two coats with 1st qauality Oil bound distemper of approved brand ( Asian/ Berger/ Shalimar ) and colour to give an even shade at all heights after scraping, brooming, sand papering, cleaning all dirt & dust, preparation of surface with filling the holes by applying putty etc. wherever required including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Finishing two coats with weatherproof emulsion paint of approved brand, 1st qauality and shade over previously painted exposed surfaces of walls and roof projections of staff quarters, office, store buildings, Inspection Quarters, Power House etc. at all heights to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface with sand paper, wire brushes/ scrappers to remove all dirt’s, spots, loose pieces of scales/ softened paint, cleaning with fresh water, preparation of surface with filling the holes by applying putty etc. wherever required including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with 1st qauality Synthetic Enamel Paint over previously painted wood and wood based surfaces of doors, windows, ventilators etc. with Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand ( Asian/ Berger/ Shalimar ) and colour to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and cleaning the surface including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with 1st qauality Synthetic Enamel Paint over previously painted steel and other metal surfaces of doors, windows, grills, M.S. Gate, Ventilators etc. with Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand ( Asian/ Berger/ Shalimar ) and colour to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Repair works to cracks in plastering / masonary / R.C.C. works/ lintels/ beams/ chajjas etc. cutting out cracks in 'V' section, cleaning out wetting, grouting with cement-sand slurry, 1:3( 1 Cement, 3 Sand) including mixing with water proofing compound as recommended by the manufacturer including supply of all materials, tools, labours, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing & laying 100mm dia PVC pipes of heavy type 6 Kgf/Sq.cm of approved brand and manufactures for rain water/SWR pipe line including fixing necessary clamps, screws and fittings, included jointing of pipes & fittings with PVC solvent etc. including walling, making good the wall, ceiling and floor including cost of all materials, Tools & Plants, labour charges etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Cleaning of Septic tank including cleaning the sewer line, inspection chambers, manholes and carry out minor repairs if any, including sealing the tanks with cement mortar, flushing the sewer line and tank with clean water and disposal of the wastes excreta/ debris/ deposits to the dumping site as specified by the local authority including cost of all materials, Tools & Plants, labour charges etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Dismantling of existing tiled floors (thickness of tiles upto 25 mm) laid in mortar upto floor II level, including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unservicieable materials within 100 meter lead as per direction of Engineer in Charge complete.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut granite stones for Staircase steps and landings and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws : 35 mm thick shutters With ISI marked stainless steel butt hinges of required size finished in Non Teak wood/ Sal/ Badam/ Haldar complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding windows with builtup standard tubular section appropriate z section and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixed with raul plug and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners , including neccesary filling up of gaps at junction,at top,bottam and side with required pvc/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and joined mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing, stainless steel and 4 mm thick pin headed glasses for all openings provided for windows including supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
