Disconnecting all the in comming/out going water /electric connection and lifting up the unsv submersible pumping set of any capacity /Stages along with MS/GI colomn pipe heavy duty 80 mm dia /100mm/ along with connected GI fittings and submersible cables care fully from the deep bore well by suitable arrangement up to 100 mtr deep (manual/through tripod or liffting machine at your ends) and kept the colomn pipes/cable at site in safe custody or in MES store yard for reuse and shiffting the submersible pumping set in work shop for repair/servicing/overhauling/rewinding of motors and re lowering in same bore well along with all colomn pipes,fittings and electric cable after necessary repair and received from work shop complete all as specified and directed .(Note :- labour rates are deems to be included fixing of T&P, transpotation charges ,commissoning and testing on full load at site)

Dismentling and strip opening the complete submersible motor 17.5 HP and segrigate from pump and rewinding worn out /unsv stator/rotor winding with supper enemelled heat resistant copper winding wire of same gauge and nos of terns at rated RPM including replacement of neccessary insulating materials i.e bambo,strips,cotton, tapes, thread,leather heat resistant paper,varnishing,drying preparing/cleaning slotes.and re assembly complete motor after rewinding , fixing including with the submersible pump all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement the following unsv/worn out spare parts of submersible motor 17.5 HP . Motor:

i) thrust plate with thrust bearing .

ii) motor coupling SS with keys

iii) motor bush SS.

Strip opening to complete submersible pump sets 17.5 HP 2900 RPM 11 stages and segrigate all the parts for repair/serviceing/overhauling to complete pump i.e cleaning /preparing to all bowls,mettling lath works if any re-alignement of pump shaft including mettling /lath work, and replacement of unsv spare parts i.e sleeves, bush,neck ring,bowls,impellors,implors lock,key pump shaft, check nuts, nut, bolts etc and re assembly the complete pump after neccessary repair and jointing with motor.and testing at site all as specified and directed.( Note:-spares parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective head)

Supply only following unsv spare parts of submersible pumping set 17.5 HP.

i) Pump impellor PVC(fiber) heavy duty,high grade non corrosion type.

ii) Pump shaft stainless steel 25 to 32 mm dia 3 to 4.5 feet long.

iii) Pump neck ring PVC (fiber) high grade non corrosion type.

iv) pump bush PVC (fiber) high grade non corrosion

v) Pump sleeves PVC(fiber) high grade non corosion

Rewinding of Motor 17.5 HP complete with supper enamelled heat resistant copper winding wire of same gauge nos of turn and weight of winding wire after cutting of worn out windings, preparing of winding slots, varnishing, heating and greasing etc including necessary lath work replacement of bambo strip,cotton taper,lather paper etc if required for rotar shaft and testing complete.

Devlopment of bore wells including flusingout,silt, fine sand by air compressor of suitable capacity not less than 450 CFM at 150 PSI & over pumping (25% extra capacity pump) to make water free from turbidity till clear water is obtained from bore wells complete all as specified and directed ( pumping for minium 16 hour in two stages of continuous 8 hours with an interval of 01 hour after first 8 hour) (Note: the upper limit for duration of devlopment shall be the time technically required to give results of devlopment as per ISS. Nothing extra shall be payable on account of increase in numbers of pumping hours actually required at site in excess of minimum period as above)

Taiking up and Louring of repaired submersible pump of any capacity and and any type to existing bore alongwith pipe/submersible cable complete and tesing of motor with in contract period if same motor/pump become unserviceable with same reson the cost born by the contractor

Supply and louving GI Pipe Heavy duty 80mm bore for replacement of old colomn pipe for lowering/increasing for the depth of bore complete with fixing of sockets where required all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in repairs galvanized iron tube medium grade ISI marked laid in trenches, fixed under floor, road all as specified and directed with following sizes complete with GI fitting as per site requirment

a) 50mm bore.

b) 80mm bore.

d) 150 mm bore.

Supply and laying in repairs cast iron pipe with flanged ends centrifugally cast class B in any length laid in trenches medium grade ISI marked laid in trenches,all specified and directed with 150mm size complete with fitting as per site requirement

Supply in fixing in repair /replacement of flanged pipe and fittings joints with rubber or fibre board gasket for 80mm all as specified and directed

Taking up cast iron water mains(including all fitings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joint and recovering lead all as specified and directed by engr-in-chargedown old and rusted CL/DI pipe line /or pipe of 150mm.Note existing place or location/cutting with necessary dismentling of existing joints, TEE,sockets etc and rectified/repair/replacement of defective part line/joint/tee/socket etc as per site place and make good surface the same with new pipe line of required size and type and make the joint/line properly no leakage/sepage in line occure after repair if any leakage occur during contact period contrctor repair the same without any extra cost spare part and length of pipe measure and paid seperately.

Repair/replacement of sarter for 15 HP complete with in side contactor of 40 amp 4 pole three nos three phase 440 volt 50 hz semi automatic and star/delta working with necessary volt meter of 0-500 volt and Amp meter 0-50 amps with three no of indicator lamps and complete copper wiring of suitable rating all as specified and directected by engr-in-charge

Taking down of MCCB of any type

Supply and fixing in replacment of MCCB 100 Amps 04 pole three phase all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

S&F in repair /replace ment of Pressure pump 240 volt sutaible for 8 mtr height with all fittings and accessories all as specified and directed by engr Incharge.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 16,920.00
