Providing, hoisting and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete solid blocks of required shape and size for road median including the cost of required centring, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on exposed surfaces complete but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:11/2:3 (1 cement : 1 ½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including conveyance of the precast block from casting yard to site of fixing etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for RCC works including bending, binding and placing in position – Thermo Mechanical Treated Bars (ISI brand approved make) Fe – 415 or more.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 meters below ground level and 1.5 meters ground / bed level.

Providing and fixing in position single socketed UPVC pipe 110mm dia. (Working pressure 6Kg/Sq.cm) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces.

Hire charges for engaging crane 20 tonne capacity for lifting heavy materials for shifting during night time. The rate shall include the hire charges of machinery, operating staff and cleaner salaries fuel charges, lubricants etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
