Material and labour point wiring for fan point, one fan point controlled by one, one way switch using 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor, PVC insulated unsheathed (FRLS type) cable,1100 volts grade single core in and including suitable size PVC casing and caping (ISI marked) and fittings of medium grade including all fittings such as bend, elbow, tee etc including sunk cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet 1.25 mm thick for mounting of fittings like switch, socket and fan regulator with 3 mm thick hylum laminated sheet cover and 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed (FRLS type) earth wire, 1100 volts grade single core and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing switch piano flush type, single pole, 5/6 Amps, one way, 230 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose (ISI marked) three terminal, PVC/polycarbonate, isolated body, surface type, 230 Volt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan, 300 mm sweep, 900/950 RPM, metallic steel body, single phase, 230/240 volts, 50 Hz, heavy duty type with suitable metallic louver, blades & frame including making hole in existing wall as required for exhaust fan and making good to the disturbed surface to match with existing surface. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB SP, 6 to 32 Amps, 'C' series 10kA, 240 Volts and to be housed in DBs including necessry connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

Supply and fixing vitreous china wash basin (WHB) , white , flat back , size 550 mm x 400 mm (1st quality) including brackets, waste fittings , brass Chromium plated for glazed basins etc. with long screw shanks and fly nuts , flange end embedded in red lead cement , including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand but exclusive of fixing of supply pipe and supply of taps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing CP stop cock fancy type, screwed down for 15 mm bore dia. pipe, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle , screwed externally both ends for unions etc. and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 15mm dia pilllar tap cast copper alloy chromium plated with capstan head ,screwed down high pressure with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks & fly nuts screwed for iron pipe (bore of pipe 15mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing 15 mm nominal bore of pipe, steel water tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed ISI marked IS-13592, type 'B' in any length with rubber ring joints laid in floor or trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) bends 75 mm bore, any radius complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing stainless steel plate rack of size 750x600x230 mm and 1 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 32 mm dia PVC waste pipe of 850mm length for Sink, WHB etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing sheet glass assembly consisting of 5.5 mm thick sheet glass shelf 12 cm wide with chromium plated bracket guard and railing 60 cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 350 mm x 250 mm x 7mm/450 x 350 x 7 mm thick, in dado skirting and vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match including rendering 15 mm thick in cement morter 1:3 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Rendering shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)
