Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth,sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

Disposal of surplus earth building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Providing and laying in position Plain Cement Concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.

Providing and laying in position Plain Cement Concrete of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes

Providing and fixing 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/sq.m rain gutter of size 15cm wide, 45cm overall semi-circular plain GS sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., incuding making necessary connection with rain water pipes

Labour Charges for fixing galvanised iron sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge). The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces. The rate shall also include cost of screws, EPDM seals and including carriage of materials, cutting to size and shape wherever required, taxes etc. complete. The rate shall be excluding the cost of galvanised sheets, purlins, rafters and trusses . { (1) galvanised iron sheets are available with the department and shall be provided during the work as free issue materials at free of cost & (2) cost towards purlins, raters and trusses shall be paid under relevant item}

Providing random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

Providing raised and cut Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade in two or more coats on new work on MS railing like MS angles and rectangular hollow MS pipes surfaces

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade in two or more coats on new work on circular hollow MS pipes or GI surfaces : 50mm diameter

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade in two or more coats on new work on circular hollow MS pipes or GI pipe surfaces : 40mm diameter

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade in two or more coats on new work on circular hollow MS pipes or GI surfaces : 25mm diameter

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Providing and laying new 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required coulour and pattern over and including 50mm thcik compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 50mm diameter CPVC pipe to collect rain water from roof gutter to water tank with suitable connections incuding providing all CPVC plain fittings & brass thread fittings, incuding jointing with one step CPVC cement solvent etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : In cement mortar

Providing Stone soling of thickness 100mm in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete.

Providing and welding MS plainsheet of 1.5mm thickness on facia (about 45cm height) along the faces just below roof level by providing suitable frame work with 25mm diameter circular MS hollow pipe including cutting the sheets to the reuiered sizes and painting with a coat of red oxide primer including all cost of materials, labour, carriage, taxes etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge (25mm diameter circular MS hollow pipe shall be paid under relevent item)

Wiring for circuit / submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the size of 2x 2.5 Sq.mm + 1 x 2.5 sq.mm earth wire FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface / recessed meduim class PVC conduit as required.

Supply, fixing and fitting of 20 Watt LED Batten Tubelight including cutting of wire, fitting, providing connection from existing DB, cable tie, labour, tools, carriage etc. to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Note-1: General Notes 1.For their own interest, contractors are advised to inspect the site with prior permission before quoting their rates. 2. All the dismantled /demolished materials shall be dumped at one place as decided by the department within 150mtr lead. 3. All the samples of materials which are to be used shall be approved by the department in advance. 4. The contractor shall comply with the provision of the Payment of Wages act 5. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all cost of materials, labour, carriage, taxes, GST, labourcess, water charges, elctricity charges, signorage charges, wastages etc.. 6. Rates quoted shall be excluding the amount of EPFO and ESIC contributions. EPFO and ESIC contributions are reimbursable on production of valid proof of payment made by the contractor as per CPWD norms.
