Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth for laying cables, foundation for pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed. .

Returning filling in incl spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning 230mm thickness with dry sand (one layer of 80mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150mm thickness after laying of cable) and punned down to 180mm after laying of cable in trenches for protection of cable complete all as directed. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured.

Taking up bricks laid as cable covers and stacking serviceable brick for reuse at site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering to underground electric cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid dry, flat, perpendicular to the direction of cable etc complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply , laying , jointing, testing and commissioning of size 10 sqmm 2 core LT underground cable , 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors IS-7098, laid in trenches /fixed on wall /floor /road /culverts /pole or encased in GI pipe complete including taking out existing u/s LT cable all as specified. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply , laying , jointing, testing and commissioning of size 16 sqmm 4 core LT underground cable , 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors IS-7098, laid in trenches /fixed on wall /floor /road /culverts /pole or encased in GI pipe complete including taking out existing u/s LT cable all as specified. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

S&F in replacement LED drivers 36/40 watt cap suitable for 2x2feet ceiing luminaire complete all as specified & directed. Make : Cat Part No LEDDRIVER36V36WS of Havells or equivalent make as mentioned in Appx 'C' list of makes here-in-after.

S&F in replacement single core copper conductor cable 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated, FRLS unsheathed multistranded 1100 volts grade.

S&F in replacement single core copper conductor cable 2.5 Sq mm PVC insulated, FRLS unsheathed multistranded 1100 volts grade.

S&F in replacement twin core flat 10 Sqmm size 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated with aluminum solid conductor over all PVC sheathed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement twin core flat 16 Sqmm size 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated with aluminum solid conductor over all PVC sheathed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 20mm dia including fixing on pole/wall with fittings like Tees, bends, elbows, reducer, bell mouth etc and fixing accessories such as coupler lock, nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement PVC casing and caping of 20mm width all as specified and directed.

S&F Sub main wiring with two single core cable PVC insulated unsheathed of copper multi stranded conductor FRLS cable of size 6.00 sqmm, 1100 votls grade drawing through and including concealed conduit 25 mm dia medium duty including acessories such as Tee, bend, Elbow etc, ISI marked with and including PVC insulated 6.00 sqmm unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable for earth continuity and connected to common earth dolly including cutting chasing of wall, if required and making good disturbed surface in CM (1:3) and finishig the surface to match with existing surface, etc complete all as specified and directed including taking down old unserviceable submain wiring. Note:- Two lengths of 6.00 Sqmm cable, one length of 6.00 Sqmm cable and one length of PVC conduit will be measured as one length.

All as per item No 16.00 (here-in-before) but cable drawn through existing surfaces/concealed conduit including taking out existing unserviceable sub main wiring.

S&F Sub main wiring with two single core cable PVC insulated unsheathed of copper multi stranded conductor FRLS cable of size 4.00 sqmm, 1100 votls grade drawing through and including concealed conduit 25 mm dia medium duty including acessories such as Tee, bend, Elbow etc, ISI marked with and including PVC insulated 4.00 sqmm unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable for earth continuity and connected to common earth dolly including cutting chasing of wall, if required and making good disturbed surface in CM (1:3) and finishig the surface to match with existing surface, etc complete all as specified and directed by including taking down old unserviceable submain wiring. Note:- Two lengths of 4.00 Sqmm cable, one length of 4.00 Sqmm cable and one length of PVC conduit will be measured as one length.

All as per item No 18.00 (here-in-before) but cable drwan through existing surfaces/concealed conduit including taking out existing unserviceable sub main wiring.

M&L for cutting chases in brick wall/PCC walls for taking out blocked concealed conduit and S&F new rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 25mm dia with accessories and making good the surface in cement mortar (1:3) and finish to match the existing surface etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Wiring required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connection to main switch board/Test point/panel/equipment and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, charcoal and salt in alternate layer 15 cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and 15 mm bore upto 7.50 metre long GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles/wall with two clamps, made from MS flat 25 mmx3mm, bolts, nuts and washers, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, 40mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 shall be provided on CI frame etc complete all as specified & as directed including taking out existing u/s earthing. Note :- PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5m away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manners.

S&F in replacement MCB SPN, 32 to 63 Amps 240 Volts , type 'C' curve, 10 KA, IS-8828 marked fixing in DB complete all as specified & directed. Note :-Make of MCB shall be same of that DB.

S&F in replacement MCB TPN, 63 Amps 415 Volts , type 'C' curve, 10 KA, IS-8828 marked fixing in DB complete all as specified & directed. Note :-Make of MCB shall be same of that DB.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of MCCB 100 Amp ( fixed on existing panel) 415 volt, 4 pole, 16 KA breaking capacity with adjustable current range for overload protection and thermal release complete with spreader terminals (legs) and with proper lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No '32.00' (here-in-before) but 63 Amps, 16 KA.
