Percolation well:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning ( to be approved by the competent authority) and Construction of Percolation well with 6.00 mtr internal diameter and 10.00 mtr depth below bed level and 6.00 Mtrs height above bed level ,having RCC Circular structure, Roofing with RCC slab, Walk way/passage CI Rungs inside the percolation from top to bottom and RCC stair case from ground level to top of percolation well including control pannel room over Percolation well with connecting path having arrangement of chain pulley of suitable capacity for lowering the pumping machinary, wire crate protection around the perculation well complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design with one soft copy to the department. ( Data Sheet No.1 )
C/O RCC OHSR Tank 10 Mtr Stg. Ht :- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) Over Head Storage Reservior 10 Meter staging height as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 design mix in bottom slab/raft ,walls and beams. And RCC (1:1.5:3) in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves,bulk meter/ flow meter shall be included in the rates of tanks .complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions. ( Data Sheet No. 2)
Excavation in foundation and trenches for pipes & pits upto all depths etc.in all kinds of soils such as pick work,jumper work,blasting work in soft and hard rocks,chiselling work/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited and saturated soils,stacking the excavated earth with in all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers,when req.into plinths sides of foundations and trenches etc., consolidating of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in charge with in all lead and lifts including uprooting of trees, dressing of bed and sides and preparation of sub- grade including shoring,sturtting,timbering and dewatering where ever is required, providing diversion for traffic,fixing night signals caution board crossing over trenches for acess to houses and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing form work with steel plate 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering, strutting, and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meter and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-
Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1.5 : 3 mix. ( 1 cement : 1 : sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in : in Vertical Walls
Providing of Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending ,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.
Wire crate made of G.I wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (wire crates to be measured and paid for seperately) in all lead and lift as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, Laying, jointing and testing in trenches of GMS pipe butt welded 95% joints butt welded & 5% Flanged joints pipes including cost of flanged bends of all degrees conforming to IS 1239- 2004 (Medium Class) with upto date ammendements ) as specified below with plain end and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random length of 4 to 7 meters, including specials, short pieces, bends, reducers, tees etc. made from parent tube.The butt welded joints as per table below duly welded in three layers (one inner and two outer) with pipes at both ends as per relevant BIS standards along with nuts and bolts of required sizes confirming to BIS 1364 (with upto date ammendments).The laying of pipe shall include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, providing & fixing of fabrication of bends, tees, etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. Negative tolerance in thickness and mass/weight will not be accepted.The pipe shall be factory galvanized as per IS: 4736-1986 (with up to date ammendements) with zink coating not less than 400 gms/sqm. (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separately ) ( Data Sheet No. 3)
G.I Pipe 150 mm (Medium Class)
Providing welding and fixing of M.S. flanges @ 5% of joints, conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (Latest with up to date amendments) and welding of MS flanges with GMS/GMSERW pipes in two layers on both faces i.e two layer on outer faces and one layer on inner faces to make the joint leak proof (The cost of proving and layer of GMSERW pipes to be measured and paid for separtely). The welding of flanges shoild conform to IS 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364, the thicthness of gasket not less than 3.00 mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done as per entire satisfactio of engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing circumferential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to below mentioned dia with DPT testing and wall thickness GMSERW pipe welded in three number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS: 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5 mm to 6.3 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore)-CITOJET/ES/ESAB make, conforming to IS 814-1991 including Die pentration test, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual/machanical handling of pipe in all leads and lifts, including DPT and coating of two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches of Galvanized MSERW flanged/butt welded pipes including cost of flanged bends of all degrees conforming to IS/ISO:3183-2012 with steel grade L-390 or X-56 ( with upto date ammendements )having wall thickness as specified below with plain end and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random length of 4 to 7 meters, including specials, short pieces, bends, reducers, tees etc. made from parent tube.The M.S. flanges are to be provided 5% of total joints and remaining 95% joints with butt welded joints as per table below. The MS flanges shall confirm to BIS 6392-1971 (with latest up to date amendments) duly welded in three layers (one inner and two outer) with pipes at both ends as per relevant BIS standards along with nuts and bolts of required sizes confirming to BIS 1364 (with upto date ammendments). 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber/synthetic rubber gaskets confirming to relevant BIS standards. The laying of pipe shall include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, providing & fixing of MS flanges, fabrication of bends, tees,valves etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Providing and welding M.S. flanges at suitable point, conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (Latest with up to date amendments) with plain end MSERW pipe in three layers (one inner and two outer) with pipes at both ends to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of GMSERW pipes and butt welded joint to be measured and paid for separately). The welding of flanges should conform to IS: 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364 including cost of gasket sheet nuts & bolts. The thickness of gasket sheet not less then 3.00mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing, Laying mild or tor steel reinforcement for RCC. Work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level Tor steel in all leads and lifts.
SUBMERSIBLE PUMPNG MACHINERY:-Supply & Installation of 3 star rated enrgy efficient Submersible pumping set of KSB/Calama/ WPIL/ Crompton/BS/ SABAR/ Oswal/ Kirloskar make conforming to latest relevant BIS Code 8034:1976. The pump should be fitted with bronze impeller or suitable alloys suitable for handling Clear water having greased packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP & 2900/1450 rpm of reputed make conforming to BIS 9283-1979 latest with upto date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guards, erection clamps , cable, clips, depth gauge, double loop earthing, NRV, Sluice valves and actuated valves of approved class including errection charges etc. The work should be completed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in – Charge. The HP are indicative.Since the re-survey and re-design of proposal/scheme is to be carried out by the lowest bidder, the design/drawings so approved by the competent authority after finalisation of design and drawings,any variation in HP and other accessories etc.The rate shall be worked out on prorata basis after approval of the competent authority and payment will be made accordingly.The rates shall be for complete Job to run the machinery in proper working. and should meet with the requirements. (Ist stage) For detailed design parameters/ requirements are given in Below. ( Data Sheet No. 5)
Booster stage 2nd 2 sets (1 working & 1 standbye) of discharge 16.13 LPS each and total Head :- 37.52 Metre.
