Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3. m height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris with in 50. m Lead. (per 1 Cum.) (Data for 2.83 cum.) including all cost of labour T&P etc, complete.

Earth work in all kind of soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge (per 100 Cum.)

Fly ash Brick massonary work in C.M. (1:6) in Super structure using fly ash Brick having crushing strength not less than 125Kg./Cm2 including splays cutting circular,moulding watering curing for finished work including cost, conveyances, taxes, royality of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) in all floors finished smooth to out side smooth surface of brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Kadpa Stone on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1. cement : 4 Course sand) of approved quality including cost of conveyance, taxes, cost of all labour T&P etc, complete. in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of MS grill made out of MS flat, angle etc including cost of conveyance, taxes, cost of all labour T&P etc, complete. in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Chequered tile flooring on 20mm thick bed in C.M (1:4) and filling the joint with white cement incluidng cost of all materials and labour etc, complete.

Repair and refixing of Ms door shutter after necessary repair including cost of conveyance, taxes, cost of all labour T&P etc, complete. in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying Granular Sub Base with Close Graded Grading-III materials as per table 400-1,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC & compacting with VRR to achive desired density as per Clause 401of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge Works (4th Revision).
